hey, i'm moving the servers to a more cost efficient host. This should make it more affordable for me to continue running the server. I've been asking a lot of players for feedback on new donation packages. If you have an idea how to make a package that people will purchase, please contact me. I've also created http://squadcraft.net/support/ where helpers and moderators can create tickets on players behalf, they can also manage the priorities. Players should also be able to make their own tickets. Hopefully this help desk system will allow the player base to communicate better with management of the server.
