temp ban glitch. wont unban me

Any suggestions on how to fix it: I dont know but i want my emerald rank to be moved over to factions.

i had been banned for 4 days for mod disrespect and harrassment, i server my 4 days and it it now counting up. Ban expires in 2 mins, then 5mins etc. someone please unban or do something about this. This has happened to 5 people (me, pinguplaysmcraft, conmannmc, tylermc1234, afkkid, by the way all of <- these people are emerald ranks)

Tylermc1234, pinguplaysmcraft, conmannmc and myself (extremedude999) want our emerald ranks moved over to the faction server. we paid good money and it has been taken away from us.

Ranks dont get transferred across servers

 

Well there are 2 possibilities.
1) I get my money back for my emerald rank
Or
2) You fix this problem that has been going around for weeks and weeks.

 

why am I still banned from skywars I had my 7 day ban
(for glitching my rank)

 

You don't get your money back. It's just a ban glitch, been happening alot
