Yeah I only know of one person that actually is really good at pvp as well as having over-powered ping. She is a Finnish donut.

All it takes to be good at pvp is a decent internet connection and a fast computer. Minecraft pvp actually doesn't involve much skill tbh.

 

So ur sayin you need to have better connection but...

Fast Reaction
Fishing rod combos
Defence
Good Accuracy

All above doesn't require good connection, I have 3 bar daily and can beat players with 5 bars.

Accuracy: Again goes into the equipment category, a good mouse will give you good accuracy.
