2. Even if he did. That's invalid proof unless you can prove he wasn't joking.

 

Why would someone joke about ddosing when its 1. Illegal and 2. an IP ban. LOOK AT SCREEN 2! He admits to ddosing the archon.

 

He was probably joking. I doubt someone would be stupid enough to admit that. And ddosing isn't illegal in all countries, only some.

I was on vacation and I kept getting ddosed so I took a break that's why and it dosent matter if its from a month ago, server didn't change in anyway, no resets and I have screens from recently

In my humble opinion. Pictures of chat cannot prove hacking or ddosing, only spam, advertising and over use of color chat. In order to ban someone for hacker or ddosing. You need proof of them hacking or ddosing. But that's just my opinion.

Well that server has ovh, ovh can take 500 gbps without flinching, that kind of a thing costs dozens of thousands of dollars, not something an emerald minecraft player whom pvps all day is able to afford. So on one hand its complete bs, on another hand it's against the rules to state that you are ddosing. Not sure what to do about this.

 

I personally think you should temp ban him for a day or so. If something like this happens again, then there should be much more serious punishment. Technically, he didn't break any rules in-game (he has broken a few on this thread).
But that's just my opinion.

 

Hmm, well he is rude in game and before I told him I had screens he kept saying what's DDoS then ten mins later he says what's wrong with me ddosing the archon, I don't DDoS squad. So I personally think you should ban him so he learns his lesson, not IP ban. He could potentially DDoS squad and or other players in the future. Also today I recorded mrnightmare123 DDoS proof so I hope you will enjoy that as much as I did <3 he got so mad so quick xD
