Theunknown127 made an obvious DDoS threat and a threat to hack my account, and Nygiantsplaymc took down the video, BUT I have proof of them saying they did and DazrockFTW trying to say it's a joke, implieing he did even though the video is down ;D

Yes the evidence shows the threats, but were you ever actually ddossed? And don't say you were without any supporting evidence. I see players say these things all the time and nothing ever happens. Also, typically, if someone were to actually ddos someone, if they are smart, they would not say it in chat. Not only this but they would need a IP Address. Are you added to their Skype? Have you talked to them in TeamSpeak? What I am trying to say is that you need more evidence other than just a harmless threat to back it up.

Why I say this? I was a moderator on a server called Redwarfare (a server branched off of BajanCanadian's server, till recently purchased by Mineplex) and the administration their was very strict with the evidence needed to support a ban. I do, however feel that a temporary ban would suffice. A permanent ban is too harsh for only a threat that you see in chat fifty times a day.

For unknown's case, I notice that you still have your account and nothing is wrong. Temporary ban if you feel it is needed.

This is all in my opinion. Just trying to shed light on this before making any rash decisions.

you joined the forums today, dont feel like you can barge in acting like you know shit. This is squadcraft not your nexus fake shit. The way this server handles these threats is up to them.
And I don't need to be DDoSed in order for them to be punished. And really? Fifty times a day people make DDoS threats? Yea nope. Idk what part of squad you play on, whichever it is, keep your "rules" over there. This is factions!

 

I don't understand why you are attacking me over this. I was only trying to help the staff come to a conclusion. And just because I joined today means that I don't know anything about bans or hacks? It doesn't. I understand that this is a separate server and that is why I addressed that in my post. I also do agree that the "50 times a day" might have been an over exaggeration, but I do see many threats about Dossing and other stuff such as hacking, killing, or just stealing their belongings (in-game of course). A threat shouldn't be taken this seriously over a game. I apologize if I at all seem rude or a smart-butt.

Look Potato, kid. This is squadcraft and your need you accept this is another server meaning a different community and a different owner. To be honest, you are making the worlds worst first impression to everyone. SquadCraft factions players play factions so differently that any other server. I'd suggest backing off until you have a played over 1 year or so. Your defending the wrong people and trying to be a smart ass well guess what! It won't get you mod any faster. So why don't you calm your tits, play factions, and you will see what I am talking about.

First: I'm not trying to make a good impression. I'm trying to make the right impression.
Second: I'm aware I am new to this server. So the "worlds worst first impression" is placed on your part for all of this unmannered boorishness. Attacking me over doing the exact same thing that you guys are doing, I just did it with more respect and I guess a better word would be humanity even though I'm just describing a decision in a game not someones life as you guys seem to take it.
Third: All factions are different. I'm steal getting used to it, but the factions being different revolves nothing around Ddoss other than the fact that it was on that server.

I don't understand why you even replied to me in the first place when I am just trying to clear things up. I apologize that you felt I was trying to be a smart butt when I wasn't. I'm merely trying to help make the decision easier for the staff and reduce the amount of cureless being shared amongst you guys.

Edit: Oh and too add, The reason why that comment was irrelevant is because we are not talking about an act of terrorizing an airport. We are talking about someone who was just killed in a game and got mad just like many people do. Then when you say "Haha got the proof, kid. I'm going to report you and ban you. Enjoy your ban." Of course his instinct is going to be remorse. I'm only saying that if you make a threat, a temporary ban is understanding, but a permanent ban is too far for a threat.
