What are ddosers? They are kids sitting behind a screen taking peoples internet down (Which is illegal) and getting away with it. Why are you telling me this? Because at the moment P3PvP is ddosing my internet and I'm using my data to make this so LISTEN! What is squad doing about these DDoSers? Nothing -.- Squadcraft doesn't accept Skype proof, and no real DDoSer would say they DDoS. I see a bunch of kids saying "Your internet is going down" but they aren't really DDoSers. Why did I make this thread? I want Squad to make a new rule that allows DDoSers to be banned. Is there anyway to make a plugin that detects DDoS? Please help -.-
I doubt there is a plugin that could help, but I'm sure there is a ddos protection software out there somewhere.
DDoS threats are a ban from hub which prevents them from entering the server. You can't create a plugin to prevent something that does not relate to Minecraft. A simple way to prevent being ddosed: DON'T GIVE OUY YOUR SKYPE! Also, ddosing is not illegal unless it causes $5000+ of damage.
Remember when I got p3 banned for duping. Ya he booted me off for a couple of hours and fried my $300 router
Also dont give out emails, they can be a source Oh and btw you can proxy your skype to make it unresolvable
