Ranks in voting?

hai, I would just like to say that it would be really cool of you could get ranks or something for voting as lots of servers have this. It should be the top voter each month should get like a $25 dollar gift card, second $15 and third $5. This will encourage more people to vote!

 

I mean..... it should be only optional for only one rank (The first rank) in my opinion. And after they get it, they need to donate to the server to get ranks above.. And I think it should be the top voter of every two months.

 

That sounds pretty cool but instead we could have a vote party

Here is how it works
Let's say for every time 50 people vote everyone gets a bit of a bigger reward

Or add dp crates and trying o get dp keys and the other items would be like iron, 5k, and even more

 

@cdennis02 well there definitely should be new crates, like Legendary Crate Key, Common Crate Key, Rare Crate Key, etc.

 

Yes but I think surge already has ideas because he has the chest with the signs over them saying

Small crate and Big crate

 

Split the reward.

 

For example on my server we have something called crates everytime someone votes they get a crate key they can use to get a prize (available prizes can be changed in the config)

every 50 votes there's a vote party and everyone gets a random amount of crate keys ranging between 5 and all the way til 30 (which encouraged people to vote ALOT)

Each person would vote 7 times nearly everyday

another thing I did to encourage people to vote is I made it do an announcement every once and a while for example

If there was 25 more votes til a vote party it would go

<Vote> Only 25 more votes for a vote party!


so far it has worked very well

Surge has considered a system where each donor rank can be earned by a certain amount of votes. For example, GOD rank may be 1000 votes.

I never said he was adding it; I said it has been discussed and considered. Nothing was confirmed.

 

I think this is a good idea it will encourage a ton more people to vote which more votes will get the server more well known

 

I think at most it should be lapis or redstone i think gold is a bit high

 

Yeah, tbh I think this is a good idea hence that derpyturtle21yt just spent like 20k in game so surge should add this just to maybe make the server a better place and let other people who maybe don't have a lot of money the chance to feel what it's like to be a donor like most of us.
