SquadCraft Staff Rant

I made this thread to talk about the Managment of squad craft and how some changes need to me made. You can't say I'm wrong, majority of the mods are super inactive.

@surgetheurge you're actually a decent owner, concedering you have no admins to help with certain things you manage the server decently well.

@sycholic never seen you In game or on forums but from what I know, you made some plugins for the server.

@Thesparrow11 my favorite staff member, very nice and humble.

@Apollo11MC new mod, never head of him before he became mod.

@-=[CREEPERBOT360]=- good mod.

@iiDragonZz never seen him ingame or on forums, inactive mod.

@Oman0202 one of the decent mods that is actually active in game.

@Maxxy i see him on forums ok mod.

@vsteelcityv another one of the few decent mod I see him active on skyblock

@XenonZombie literraly have no idea who this is, never seen him ingame or on forums.

@EA_Sharks probably the worst mod, The world doesn't revolve around you. The fact that I was in factions and I came across some chatter that u blocked @Oman0202 just because of his religious belief of not supporting homosexuality is completely immature and unprofessional. I also don't support homosexuality but that's just my own opinion, with that being said I wouldn't go around the street criticizing a gay couple, it's just my own opinion. You need to grow up. In the future ur gonna have to work with people who come from different walks of life and have different opinions you may not agree with. You cant enforce your own belief and opinions on people. You'r also a bad mod because I never see u ingame, you just come on to kick or mute someone then leave, you need to interact with the ingame community just as much as the forums community.. -I just needed to say this, changes need to be made. There should me 1more factions mod concedering factions has the most player on everyday. @smeags would be a great factions mod, he just need to be more active and pvp more.

Well this was basically just meant to criticize EA because you said nothing bad about the others except to be more active.

I compilement the staff members that actually do their job, a lot of these mods are super inactive. One of the main reasons I made this app was to talk about how ea blocked Oman for his religious beliefs. Do you think that is fair and justified? They are both staff members and need to work together to made squad craft a better community, there shouldn't be tension between staff members.

Here's what I have to say to this, in general.

You are crossing many lines by making this thread, not only are you disrespecting the staff, that spends hard work on this server, you're also disrespecting their opinions. Wtf does @EA_Sharks Future have to do with you?

This has to be one of the most immature things I've ever read. Just because you have had some bad experiences with the staff, doesn't mean you have to get all butthurt about it, and come on the forums and cry about it.
You start saying sh*t about how @EA_Sharks blocked @Oman0202? Maybe it's for the good. Every consider that? No, because you're too immature to process that.
Maybe she did it to avoid conflict between the two of them, to make it look more professional.
Please just leave the staff alone, ffs.

Also Ea can block someone over not supporting Homosexuality,If she doesn't want to be around him so what? She will get over it soon. In fact insulting her over a small action is wrong. You have no right to try and point out the wrongs she did and make it bigger than it is. Ea also knows the world doesn't revolve around herself. She's a better mod than you would ever be.

 

Look, I do not agree with what she did, IF what they say is true. As it may be a very different reason. I've only seen one side.

He was saying how puking was mad because he used his religious beliefs for it and then she went on and used her religious beliefs as an exscuse.... The he continued to say you blocked him from skype and haven't unblocked him. This is all from Oman I made none of this up.

This was pretty accurate until I got to the Ea part. You call her "probably the worst Mod" yet she is the most active Mod and most responsible out of us all. So what if she blocked Oman, she's allowed to block who she wants on skype, that shouldn't matter. Besides, you weren't even there in the conversation, therefore you can't be talking. So what if Oman doesn't support homosexuals, Ea doesn't want to surround herself by those kind of people, therefore I think she did the right thing. @Emuturd do u think that is professional? You can't just chose not to work with someone just because they both disagree on world topics. Ea is a mod and Oman is a mod, this tension over something so little should not happen amongst mods.

We still communicate in mod chat, I just don't have him in my contacts. I honestly don't see why we needed a three page argument because I don't have one of the mods as a Skype contact.

I would like to congratulate the community of SquadCraft for having an argument not involving @MetaMonkeyz or @Jace bravo.

 

I don't think it's professional, but I don't think it's such a bad thing either. And she never chose to stop working with him, she just took him off her contacts list, big deal right? They can still talk in the Mod chat to each other and let to each other know what's going on. If you ask me, that's working with someone so before you decide to try and bust me for something, think a little.
