Since then my rank and other purchased items where not refunded yet my rank is gone and i am still banned. My current rank is my old Gold rank but i do remember purchasing Emerald, if needed i can bring up my paypal summary. Please unban me and give me back my Emerald rank. Thankyou for your time.

You also have another payment for 10.50 from another email. You chargedback almost everything you have purchased, why should you be unbanned and be given a freerank. Also xsplice you are a liar so, your vouch doesn't mean anything.
What did i lie about? I said he bought it, he said he didn't get refunded when he refunded his stuff.
