What is your Minecraft name? My name ingame name is Riank1 Why do you play Minecraft? When I was around 11 I found this game from a friend and like most people here, I was hooked. The mix of the simplicity of the game and the freedom of what you could do really made it feel like a second home where I could crash after a long hard day at school and spend hours building, talking and making new friends. From there I've moved on and developed as an individual and honed my skills on the game, as well as meeting many new friends that I still talk to years later. It's really the community that still has my turning on my computer and powning some people What is your time zone? GMT (London boys making all the noise) What single sub-server do you spend the most time on? This is rather split as I started this server as a pure factions player and that's where I was known and where I always was. But kitPvP has really gripped me so when it is back up KitPvP will be where I roam When are you usually online? On weekends I'm online generally from 10am-1pm and then 3pm-7pm Weekdays I am on from 3:30 to 7 as a minimum How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play? I can usually play around 5 hours everyday and I'm on for around 4 hours as a minimum. This is mainly because I have exams that are very important for choosing my college. How long have you been playing SquadCraft? Jesus it's hard to remember. I have been playing squad for around 4 years now and it has really provided me with thousands of hours of fun throughout that time. I joined back in noahcraft where I was instantly hooked to the server and have since stuck to it through thick and thin and I'm glad I have done so. What's your favorite memory on SquadCraft? Over my years here my favourite memory must be when I found a huge raid back in noahcraft before I got my rank. That raid got me noticed on the server more as I could now pvp against the best on the server and add their heads to my wall while making lots of new friends! Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? I spend most of my time split between factions and KitPvP. Although I had stopped for a while due to me having to catch up irl with work and my studies I can now once again play with full commitment and I'm rather excited to do so once again, as I already am making some new friends on the server . Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator? I have previously been a mod on squadcraft and my values have not changed, I want to help people and I want to make the server more enjoyable , you only need to look as far as my faction to see people who I am helping in the server with loot and pvp. As a person I've always wanted to do better, even if I was the best I wanted to be even greater, there are no limits to success it's just down to how far you push yourself, we have to admit the server is in a bit of a depression and surge is doing his best to fix that, but to help him we ourselves need to make the server a better place. We need to reduced the amount of hackers, spammers, advertisers and trouble makers that play the server. Being a mod allows me to help push this great server to be even better , to reach even better heights and to be the best It can possibly be as cliche as this may sound. As a moderator, how will you affect SquadCraft? I obviously would bring experience to the moderator team as I am used to roles such as this and in real life and I can add my skills to that of the current mods. Me being mod simply means there is another person to rely on as we are rather short currently and I think I could fill the gaps. Obviously another moderator means less hackers and less trouble makers resulting in a happier more friendly server, this may stop people quitting and slowly the player base will grow back up again, so we can have a large thriving community that I myself have been blessed to have experienced months ago. Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name? I think that having mod next to your name brings respect as people know you are out to help improve the server and that's obviously nice so I think everyone who applies will imagine that mod symbol by their name as they write their application as everyone wants respect. However that is not the reason why I have applied, an aspect of it but not the reason. I have applied because I seriously want to help, I want to "make Squad great again" lmao. I think I have the skill set and mostly the patience when needed to solve situations without conflict and without dirt being thrown and I want to put that to work again. What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator? I'll cry myself to sleep for a few years... In seriousness it's not somthing that would effect me in the most part, I have applied to help the server and if the server doesn't need my help as a mod it means I will just continue as I am trying to make the server better on a lower tier , reporting hackers and troublemakers when necessary for staff to deal with. What kind of skills do you have? Because I work with kids I have patience with people of all ages. I was once younger so I know how I felt when people called me out for my ages or used it as a weapon against me. I have learnt to respect over the years and I know that everyone has their own opinions, I take on the opinions of those around me and try to earn their respect as that way you can make some new friends . I am in the most a relaxed individual so I don't get vexed and lose my head what would be a real issue for a moderator, this means I will not abuse my rights (everytime I mute someone I take evidence as for why, same for bans). Have you ever been banned? If so, why? Honestly I have once been banned on this server but this was proven to be because of a software used by a player called FireAspect that made it look like people hacked (he did this to many people and mods and in the end we proved it to be a fake and I was unbanned). Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, why? I once cheated on my dog . It wasn't my fault that corgi was so cute :3 lmao How do you treat younger players? Like I said I work with kids so I respect and understand younger players and am more sensitive around them, I want to be a good example to them and show them how people should act and react to situations. I myself am a teacher so I always do my best to teach others to what I know and have learned through experience and I enjoy doing so . Do you use TeamSpeak or skype? I have teamspeak and discord and skype (I don't give my Skype out unless needed) List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server. I have previously been a mod on the server and had done my best to improve the server. I have helped with ideas in regards of server development and ideas that we could add and given my opinions on the ideas of others. I have helped new players get into the game and have given them lots of stuff to be able to hold their own. I have donated to the server to help keep it up and alive as much as I could. And I have even bought kits, low ranks and even a key for some players who I thought deserved them that couldn't get them themselves. I have obviously tried to be a nice reliable friend and player on the server to fall back on and have a chat to improve the community How many applications have you submitted before? Anyway some facts about me: My name is rian (South African name) I am 16 I attended a grammar school but now am at a public school since They did not provide my course I am into programming and computing, I use Python and I am learning Java For my bronze DoE I volunteered to help as a teacher for young children for 6 months and I had continued after that since I have really enjoyed it, helping others allows you to Improve yourself. Ignorance yes off my own back But buddy when I'm on kitpvp and people are complaining about how you abuse there has to be an aspect of the truth behind it no matter what you say. As for who it is, you don't need to look far. And as for breaking the rules, you can only keep a rule when it is enforced equally, when others constantly slip under the radar you can't expect everyone to still respect it. I don't think me Joking with a friend is the best example of "breaking the rules" But yes it's probably not a good thing that I did but it's not terrible either.

I was here a year and a half ago, I was just getting back into sc march 2015 and you weren't a mod and I quit in December 2014 and I doubt you were mod for less than three months from when I quit to when I came back.
I was modded in January and was no longer mod by the end of Feb due to the issue with fire aspects hack software So I was Mod for just over a month
It happened last year. Fire aspect used a software to make it look like people hacked. He did it to me and I was demoted because of it for some reason
It basically fakes hax and shows players differently, it looks exactly like @Axitis's hax reports..... (Prob their real but it looks the same xD) (I don't play much anymore)

Someone used the same hack/mod on me a year and a half ago and screenshared me and I was so confused, I kept saying "I'M NOT EVEN CLICKING ON MY SCREEN WHAT THE HELL" then after a laugh he told me what it was. Turns out a lot of people used it to frame others as was proven in one specific report I saw. And my bad, That was in my 2-3 months period of being gone since I didn't want to be part of the drama that occured in that time.
If it bothers you that much I will. Mine was different.for me nothing was happening. I was just following him around talking to him. He later on added Aimbot and trigger where I would still be hitting when typing and be flicking Inbetween players. The conversation helped a bit as I just got off kitpvp where he was banned and I was talking about his hacks. And that the other players that were there were not suspicious of my "hacks" that could not be missed in the video he posted.
