Demotions.

I guess it's about time I put something out explaining these demotions since none of you understand anything and are only getting HALF the story.

Evravon30: Ever since I made him a mod he constantly annoyed and bugged me on skype, after his demotion he even admitted he was annoying looking back through the chat. I removed him from skype as a warning to stop bugging me. That is 1 reason, another one is the suffixes, I had objected to removing them so instead of trying to reason with me he went behind my back to surge, I do not accept that. After this he wouldn't go and moderate the servers I told him to moderate that had no mods on. Effectively making him useless. Even after that I gave him another chance. And so he came on skywars bugging me for his youtuber suffix, he asked once I said no, he asked again I said no, he asked again I told him to shutup, he asked again I told him be quiet or something bad will happen, he asked again and was demoted. A total of 5 times. He claims two.

Epicaniaftw/Mazari: This kid had been annoying me for some time, asking for mod on other servers constantly never leaving me alone (Evra annoyance + mazari annoyance = Super stress). So after evravons demotion mazari was trying to argue with me to get him back to mod. I wasn't taking any of that so he received his demotion.

Fallenhaloelf: Fallen was fine until he was dumb and started calling me by my irl name and continued after being warned that I would demote him.

Buttpiracy: *Sigh* On his first month of being mod I discovered he had sponge. I argued with him for over an hour on this matter and he wouldn't listen to me until surge told him too. His first screw up. He was fine for a while and then we come to this and last month. Buttpiracy was overtired and arguing with me so I gave him a chance and ipbanned him for 6 hours. Next Buttpiracy accused kangaroo__boy and thesnowglobe of abusing (Correctly) I conveyed this to surge and surge wanted him demoted, I vouched for butt and all butt did was complain and cry at me, I got tired of it and demoted him. After this I gave him 1 more chance, he was fine for a few weeks but I got sick and tired of his attitude. He claims I told aphex not to talk to him, I told her no such thing. She has free will, but I could see in the messages that he had been trashtalking me to her, and saying "See what I mean?" about me being different and more mean. Well it's true I am more mean, or am I just trying to stop problems before they start? Anyway, me and snowglobe proceeded to have our usual arguement that isn't too much of a bother to either of us. And then buttpiracy butts in with his attitude knowing I was already annoyed and received his final demote. After this he proceeded to trash talk and received an IP ban. The next day I went to his sugar cane farm and found a dupe machine.(I stand corrected it was not a dupe machine)

Kangaroo__boy/Thesnowglobe: This might offend surge but they are just assholes who abused.

Joshy666: He quit because he didn't like the way I dealt with it and probably didn't know all of this. We're still friends.

Now all of you say that I am the one making people quit the server, but really i'm stopping bad things that would make people quit the server. The bow rule in skywars? You spawn you get instakilled with a bow, you quit the server. Problem prevented with the 1 minute rule. VXS and Mafiacrew being banned names? People have been ddosed over those names and have therefore quit because they couldn't take being ddosed anymore. I'm actually nice to most people who don't ask stupid questions or say stupid things. Ask me a question that isn't stupid (For example: "Can I be mod, Will you look at my mod app?") And I will answer as best I can. If you ask me a question and i'm not answering i'm either Afk doing stuff on here, improving it and keeping it good. In the skype mod chat. Or I don't know the answer so am ignoring you. Now, this job is 24 hours a day, pretty stressfull dealing with 10 year olds all day everyday, taking the hate and not letting it affect you, figuring out new creative ideas to make the server more fun, working on permissions and doing almost everything within the game (I do ingame surge does console mainly) I work on permission issues, I work on rules, I work on safezoning, I work on the mods, I work on donation issues, I have to convey a bunch of problems to surge to fix, I have everything built and oversee each build. Aswell as this I have to go to college, work on fixing my car, spend time with my family and actually have a social life. I do alot more than I seem to do so just think about how much I actually do before hating on me. But if you continue then whatever, i've never really cared about your opinions anyway.

And people questioned me when I say you do a great job 99% of the time xD On a serious note though, I wanna say thanks for putting this out there. Although I am still a little conflicted on the demotions, I have a lot more respect for your choice to do what you did. I also want people to understand that, as mean as Yonda can be on the odd occasion, he's still a normal dude like the rest of us. He eats, cries, sleeps & poops like us all, so think before you give him a whole bunch of crap. As Yonda said, me and him are still friends

Yonda had all the rights to demote. He gave warnings and you guys did not stop. If I were Yonda I would have banned you all. Notice how Yonda gives warnings and you mods don't. And now you guys complain because you got demoted after you had been warned.
