Msg: he kept spamming me about how I am "so bad" a Noob and that I cant pvp for crap.
repeated messages like this is considered cyberbullying in the US and I have had him do this to me before.

Surprise but the internet has rules too. And cyber bullying is on of the top priorities of the US for kids. People who are bullies are responsible to the place they bullied on to be dealt justice.

If your smart and do things like that on Facebook you change your ip, but over a game is much different, minecraft is not the internet, the internet is here for people to say what they want to say. Just like on xbox, if you start talking bad about a little kid then they can't doing anything other than report your because Xbox isn't the internet niether is minecraft, you just use the internet to be able to connect and interact with other players. If you have people talking bad about you then maybe you shouldn't be playing with other people.

 

Also if there are rules about cyber bullying then this isn't the place to put "proof" and get a grip on yourself and ignore that kid.

Simply turn your chat off. It's good to that. You won't have to see his crap and also it will increase your fps
