today is the day i have waited 2 months from the last time i posted my app to post another. a lot of people supported my last app but sadly it was denied i hope this one is better and will be looked at and thought about. i will try and add more detail if needed but i think this is good for right now i am tired at the moment because i just had a great time at the fair please leave any comment good or bad will be read as soon as i get up from bed or get back from school

to all staff: a lot of people would agree that most people never argue with mods and i don't. i never would never say that i always respect mods. most of the times i do joke about mods i am pretty sure they know its a joke. so over all i think i respect all staff with a 8.5

2 average players/donators: so i have a pretty decent amount of friends that are donors and non-donors i like to treat them with respect and don't try and argue like some people do. but if they break a rule i will tell them to stop and if they dont i will ignore them. as always there is an execption for hackers and spammers as well as advertisers. i cant STAND them . they can get so annoying at times and its pretty hard to deal with but i just ignore them and if i get proof of hacking i will post it. so, to normal people i would rate my respectfulness as a 7.5 to almost everyone ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1 obeying staff commands: now this doesn't happen often and i don't really know if any staff has given me a command to do before but if one was too i would try to my best to accomplish the said task as soon as i can possibly can. but if i cant i will let them know. for this rating i would put a 8 as my answer.

2 obeying request from player: i love to interact with the chat i dont think i have ever turned it off while playing factions. as you may know facs is full of spammers, anyways when ever i get a message through the PM or /msg i try to reply as soon as possible. wither its a help defending or something else i think that almost try to help any ranks or no ranks in need of assistance. examples include /fix alling armor and other stuff that i can do. know a lot of people start to spam msg me if i dont respond and thats not very appreciated and i will just /ignore that person until he stops. i also do get a lot of messages about buying ranks and i frankly dont have any money to buy people ranks. and if i do i spend it on irl stuff and rarely do i buy a set of creeper eggs or some thing else. but in other words i try to be on my best behavior when reply or helping others. to top it all off i will say that my obedience in this category is a 8.5

Experience: i will be completely honest i dont have that much experience. i have been op on one server but for a VERY short time (explained below) i have been mod on one server and didnt have that many commands

OP's: i was op on @crazyepicmonster for a short time. i dont think i abused my powers in any way. i got de-oped after 2 hours because there was a player abusing /v on practice matches of the sw games and there-for i and 4 others were de-oped to make sure no one abused during the real match. you can msg crazy or taters of confirmation if needed

Mod: i have only been modded on a single server and didnt have the commands that the mods have such as jail and mute. but i think i know how to use the commands and if not i will try my best to know how to use these commands

Past offences (on squad): on my previous app i stated that i have had no past offences and tried to keep it that way. i rarely cuss but when i do its a rage response from some person saying SMD you fag or something else like that where they are attacking me. so the answer to this question is no i have had no offences on this server. (NOTE: if you think this is wrong let me know in the comments) EDIT: got tempbanned from hub for an hour for chatting in public chat because you arent supposed to

(other servers): i also try my best to keep this true for other servers i have been on. now i will admit i was kicked for "suspicious movements" on mineplex. now this kinda seems like i hack but i dont. right before a game just ended there was an extremely long lag and i could fly for some odd reason, so i technically have had been kicked on mineplex for a bad reason but i assure you i do not hack

Reasoning to be moderator :
i will again categorize this in to multiple parts

1. the lack of mods:
now this has been the same since the last time i mad a mod app. except this time it is worse. lexilou recently quit and sweeping got demoted. the only active mod is patrick_harmon and he does tend to piss people off. now it may seem like i hate patrick but he is a great mod but some times he over mutes people but i still think pat is a decent mod. as well as pat has been drpigu and drpigu for sure doesnt abuse and he is a lot more active than he used to be. now i will say that the chat offences and hackers have gone down a lot. now this may seem like a good thing and it is but it is still kinda bad. a lot of people tend to say horrible things when there are no mods

2. the amount of time i play on facs:
i have/will spend most of my free time on factions. now this amounts to about 3-4 hours each week day. on a weekend i play almost all day unless i have to do work for my father which rarely happens. i say i am pretty active for the amount of work i have to do such as homework and study. now sometimes i can get bored easily and not play anything and just watch tv (i cri evry tim ;- i am pretty active on this server and try to control the chat the most that i can but no one listens. also i try not to be afk as much as some people (hint @Yum44) but when i am i make sure i say it in chat so everyone knows.

3. the amount of time i spend on the forums:
as you may see when you look in the most messages on members i spend quite a lot of time on here. i am addicted to these forums and just cant stop. i see almost every hack/ddos report and this can aid me. i check them a lot and most faction mods don't or are not that active on these forums. if i ever see i hack/ddos report i will take care of him/her when ever i get on or see that person next. i will also ask if this is valid proof to make sure i don't falsely jail as it can get me demoted. i will also lock threads that can start or have started arguments. also i know a good app from a app that lacks content or detail. so here are my plans for the mod apps
content or detail additions: a hour to fix the mistake if not denied.
format issues: i will give 30 minutes to fix mistakes and link the format



4. the factions environment:
i know A LOT about the environment and the chat. i have seen a lot of violations such as overused colors as well as spamming. repeated offences will result in a longer mute or jail here is my list of the offences i will do

spam/advertising offences
1) a kick or 10 min mute (depends on the severity)

2) 30 min mute

3) 1 hour jail and mute

4) 3 hour jail and mute

5) 6 hour jail and mute

6+) 12 hour jail and mute
hacking or ddos threat offences

1) 12 hours, both
now that i got my offence chart out of the way i will be sure to record all the offences in a book or something so i know what there punishment should be next. i will try and keep organized with this and not over jail or mute. if i do not follow this chart it will be for a specific reason and not because i hate this person it has to be a reasonable offence. i will almost never try to abuse any powers i get



5. detecting hacking:
as most of the faction players know there are a considerable amount of hacking that has token place over the past few months i can detect hackers pretty easily. like gap eat/hitting that is a sign of kill aura/ aimbot. another sign of hacking is flying, but i am pretty sure that you cant fly if you are not bedrock or mod. anti-kb is also another hack i can detect fairly easily but i am not the best at this. i think this is all the hacks i know of at the moment but i am almost always researching for hacks that these players might use. i also know i must have valid proof of hacking before i can ban or mute.
