I have seen this quite alot in the past few days My App also got randomly locked with no response same with tobythehackergod's App.

 

It might be sweepingdeath trying to prevent people from taking his spot

Minion, I don't like you very much but I think this is a great mod app, I would love to see someone who actually knows the factions community unlike some mods such as UnConspired who I had never heard about till he became a mod.
