Respectfulness is a tricky subject. I give players respect who give me respect. For example, someone who is rude to me and is not a nice person in general, I will have absolutely no respect for whatsoever. However, if someone is kind, says gg and goes on playing, I have respect for them because it's what they deserve.

• Obedience:

I am obedient, can do what I'm asked/told and rarely break rules (Unless under frustration, which I have been dealing with)

• Experience:

I have been capable of handling up to and on occasion over 40 players, as I have hosted many public UHCs and dealt with all the people playing, as well as most recently hosting the Squadcraft UHC. I have also previously owned a small KitPvP server with around 10-40 regular players per day, but that is not gone, and I'm working on bigger and better things . Otherwise I have co-owned and moderated a few servers in the past, and have a lot of experience dealing with people.

• Any past offences:

On Squadcraft alone: I was kicked for breaking the bow rule in a game, and that's pretty much it.

On other servers: The last time I really remember being banned from servers for being dumb/breaking rules was ~3-4 years ago, when I was young and stupid

• Reasons you should be moderator:

I'll break this up into points.

Community integration:
I feel I have added myself to this community well and have made many friends. However, it has not always been this way. I have had trouble in the past with this aspect, however I have been trying my best to work on it. It started here (http://squadcraft.net/threads/my-public-apologies-and-making-amends.7109/), where I started to make amends and become a better person to be around. Since then I have made many friends (Notable members: Evravon, Yum, MCSmelter, _Tatters_, DesktopLobster (RIP), WillYurko and many more, sorry if I forgot you ;_; ) and I feel I have become a likeable person in general, and a good candidate for being someone who helps out and is a friendly face to turn to. I have also recently hosted the Squadcraft UHC (http://squadcraft.net/threads/squadcraft-uhc-sign-up.6968/, but it is not shown there), and as of writing this I haven't hosted the second yet, but I'm definitely planning to! I also have a bi-daily Squadcraft SkyWars series (Which I will not post a link to) that has included guests (So far Evravon30 at time of writing, and I have recorded another one, but that won’t be coming out until the 29th ).

How I moderate:
After having to work with a large group of people at once, I have developed skills for moderating. First of all, I feel that there needs to be a strict, firm hand going down. A lot of time I see people breaking rules, and there are no moderators on. I find that most times I play (Normally after school, UK time) there are no moderators on, and people are breaking rules willy nilly. This is very frustrating as I can't do anything about it, and people are getting away with it. This would be one of the things I want to fix, be on all the time I possibly can to moderate whenever needed. I am also a very fair moderator and listen to people when they need help, or have someone abusing them/need a moderator to put a stop to something.

Advantages to having me:
I have a lot of experience with working and moderating with people, as I have mentioned before. I own my own small KitPvP server, which has been going strong for nearly 10 months now, and as far as I know, not a lot of moderators have experience like this. I also have experience in graphic design, advertising, and community management. All these would make it highly beneficial to be a moderator on Squadcraft.

Why me:
I have a few points for this one.

1. As I used to play UHC a lot, I know what “hacking” looks like. UHC has a “courtroom” system, where there are report posts and verdict posts. Anyone from the community can comment and judge on the report post, however only committee members can comment on the verdict post, deciding whether the player is banned. You can see the examples here – http://www.reddit.com/r/uhccourtroom/. I have judged a lot of these posts and read about other's people's verdicts, and I can tell hacking quite easily due to this.
   
   
2. I know what is appropriate and what is not, and I will be able to moderate chat as easily as I will be able to moderate actual in game incidents.
   
   
3. I have a lot of Minecraft and server experience

• About me:

Hi, my name is Dylan. I'm a 15 year old (Birthday: 06/06/1999) student in my final year of school, meaning I'm going to have exams in 2015 (;_; ). I will then be going into college, hopefully doing Computing, Graphics and Media (and something else, to be decided). I play guitar, having done so in multiple school concerts (Which honestly are soooo boring). I have been playing Minecraft since December 2009 (That's almost 5 years, I'm so sad ;_; ) and have worked on many servers, including co owning, owning, being an admin, and developing servers. I recently moved from my hometown in Milton Keynes to Grimsby, and have spent the last 3 years of life adjusting to this change. I am a YouTuber, which is something I have wanted to do ever since I was 10, but never had the computer to do it, until about a month and a half ago. I really love doing it. It's something that I really enjoy doing and I a;ways love getting likes a good comments, I love everyone who watches my videos and I am so thankful for all the good reviews from all the awesome people watching <3. Over a year ago, August 6th 2013, BrenyBeast released a video. It was titled “Minecraft: SKY WARS #1 – Feat. NoahCraftFTW!”. He played in this server called “Squadcraft”, playing a minigame called “SkyWars” that I'd never heard of before. I hopped on the server and checked it out, and it was great! I loved the fast paced action you get, I loved just being able to hop into another game when you're done, and I just loved it in general. I played it every day, but then, in September 2013, I discovered UHC. I played UHC a lot. 1-5 games per day, I was done with SkyWars at this point. I even bought my own server, configured it, and hosted UHCs myself. It was a great experience, I made many friends, was invited to a private server and had an amazing time in general. About 4 months ago, I lost that spark. I felt like I wasn't enjoying myself anymore, so I stopped. Looking fr things to so, I returned to Squadcraft, finding out a lot of stuff had changed. Noah was gone (Thank god), new maps, new hubs, a lot of stuff changed. But what didn't was the love for the game. My time was the same, I loved playing the game. I returned to spending all my free time every day playing SkyWars. I loved it so much I bought gold, supporting the server. I have been playing ever since I left UHC, and still, every moment of it was great. I would love to help out the server any way I could, and this is why this is here now. Thank you everyone, for helping me. You guys are all awesome, and even with the ups and downs, I still love returning every day and playing with all the awesome people I get to meet.

I added this in because a lot of people who apply don't go into their personal lives, and I feel this is the best thing to do so everyone knows about me.

As I've said before, this is an old picture.
I've been saying I'm 15 since I turned 15 in June, how would I know to lie before the rule was even changed? Plus you could take all the people who have said I'm actually 15, including Yum. I have no real proof as my iPad won't let me upload pictures to a website for some reason :/. You can chack out my YouTube for my voice, which is just "dvwinn" (This is not advertising this is proof), but past then I really don't know what to do. I don't have any form of ID, or a birth certificate, but I guess you should stop making an issue about something that there doesn't need to be an issue about :/

I don't work on my server. I coded it and it hasn't updated in like 4 months. I have moderators that do their job, I only play it like once a week. This is an unfiar denial and I request a takeback :/

 

Also I'll give some context. It's a smal kitpvp server with about 40 active players. I don't advertise anywhere. I don't need to be on it. At all.

 

I was using the KitPvP server as past experience :/. I am dedicated to Squad only, as I have been hosting the UHCs and spent most of my time on it recently. Don't deny this because of something that I don't do :/

Judging by the way he took this mod app being denied, He isn't suited for this job.
