Squadcraft Factions Eco/Items Reset

Hello guys. 1.7.8 is here, and it doesn't like your data.... So for the first time in 2 years, we are doing a full server reset. both worlds, echest, chest, balance, and inventories are all being cleared. Basically the only thing staying is the rank you are underneath your name. The reason I haven't done faction resets in the past two years is because it upsets people. Many players play for hundreds of hours getting hundreds of god items and they treasure their vault above everything. On reset, a lot of good players quit. So to help the faction server, I will start my faction series when it comes back on. Still upset? Don't be. Over the two years, thousands of god tier items were hand made, purchased from store, and received from donor kids. It has gotten so crazy where a lot of good gear isn't valued or appreciated. The reset will put everyone back on the start line, and will make all items be worth a lot more. I am getting in contact with a lot of developers, and when the faction server returns, it should be 100% uptime. Factions should be back in 10 hours or less. Sorry for the wait.

What I'm concerned about is my items on Skyblock. I just waited 1 and 1/2 weeks to get all my items for donating and would hate to lose it.

 

And you wouldn't like to know how strong the word "hate" in my last thread means.

This Sucks!

This will be the 4th time i have started from scratch in the last couple of months!
First the world border changed!
Second i ran a couple of thousands of blocks from the "new" border, then it got smaller again 2 vaults gone!
Then a new world at least i have my echest.

Just got some gear together, some rare items now bam! gone again, i wonder how many people will hang around for this change.

Surge can we at least get some starting items like obsidian or a set of tools at least!

And I agree with DrPigu, there's lots of pissed people in the hub who want factions back up and this is the only way.

 

This will be great for everyone. A reset means no more duped items and means that everyone gets a fresh start! I'm very happy and grateful that surge will be doing a LP soon. I Can't wait till we find out who surge is going to do the LP with... So in the end its a win-win situation for everyone.

Surge, for people who have ranks, will it be like we just bought our ranks? So for bedrock we get a balance of 5m etc?

Will people like me who donated for a super pick get a super pick when the map restarts? I am just curios cause just donated for that not to long ago.

 

What if u bought stuff from the buycraft like creeper eggs. will that be given to you? also if u bought like maybe 3 months will that also be reset ?

it's not "great" for everyone. I like that surge is starting a factions let's play, hopefully Some people can take apart in it like players or friends of his that play minecraft, I think that it would be a good idea if he started to expand with some youtubers every now and again. Mainly because his channel grows but not nearly as fast as it used to. I really suggest that he does get some let's play partners to make the series a lot more interesting and fun.

I've put in more then a 1000's hours in factions (way more probably) and lately even though im mod on it, theres nothing to do but make sure people don't break the rules, i have a vault with 60 doubles of god, not demi god, god. i gave away a load of items when the worlds changed aswell. i have 1000's of spawners (bought from shop, and traded / mined). i have 56mil (had 106mil and was on baltop when 50mil was... taken), i have all the good heads, items only 1 of exist, heads that are amazing and more, but i'am so keen for this reset because then PvP won't be OP with stacks of god apples and fights that sometimes last hours. this is great, +1 news.

 

Luck? That's not what it comes down to... Surge can just "Add" the rank... The server is so inconsistent and the reset is one of great changes for a long time. Oh well. :/
