People may not agree with what you do, But in the end it benefits everyone. The people you ban the stuff you do is all for a good reason. I've known you all my life and seeing all the stress you go through to keep this server the way it is would devastate us all. If you are demoted after spending countless years months days working on this it will not be right. With this said if you are demoted in the near feature that means surge has failed us all and the server is going to completely fall. We saw what happened when you went camping. 4 servers down in the first day. All those were fixed when you came back. If you are not able to work on this server when you are demoted, There will be no squadcraft up and it won't be right. Even if he finds a way to get someone else. Its not going to be the same. Same owner just a different admin.
He gets to much hate. But what they do not realize he is the reason they are playing and not cause surge
If Yonda leaves, I leave. It wouldn't be the same yano? The new admin would not be familiar with the moderators but just get on with their job. Trust me, the server will completely go negative.
No because the server will probs be run entirely by plugins and then die in the first week of you being gone.
And IF (Very important word) Yonda got demoted, the only reason I would stay would be if Yum replaced him

Yet he has had about 7 months of having experience with being a mod. I part run a server, with a competition pretty much every month. Most of them pretty successful, and that is me. ME. If I can work with plugins, I'm certain Yum can.
Everyone hates the admin, but the people on the forums tend to be more intelligent, and realise that without you the server is going to go to sh*t.
Hating on the owner isn't going to help the situation... You do realise he's still the owner meaning he has the power to ban you.

Yonda I like you, you are a pretty nice person. Sure you have your moments but nobody is perfect. Without you the server would fall into chaos, I know surge was probably just making a point but I do not think that it is right. Not a lot of people could do the job that you do, so for that I give the the most props. I know you do not like me, but I always tried to respect you and earn friendship. I am going to open a server soon and I would want the admin(s) to their job exactly how you are. I would actually want them to look up to you as a "role model" on doing their job. I know everybody has a different opinion, but in my eyes you are doing a fine job and you should stay and keep doing what you are doing.

As I read through these messages, I find a common theme that although some may have had bad experiences with yonda the ultimatum is that he is the bet thing the server has ever experienced. As well all know he may have had some negative experiences with a couple of us but ultimately no-one is perfect. If yonda was to be demoted say hello to the age of console ban and a virtually dead environment. The server needs yonda if it is to flourish and grow into a server worthy of its offerings. Squadcraft has been my home for about a year and 3 quarters now and I've been through the highs and the lows of the server. When the server was down yonda would fix it, when the server had experienced a high it was ultimately from the commitment and dedication that yonda had put in that created this high. So in conclusion if yonda was to be demoted the day of virtual staff teams and ban systems would be introduced and the server would fall. I'm not taking anything off surge but ultimately he does slack off and yonda has to clean up for him.
Yonda was here why? Noahcraft_FTW used to be friends with surge and they were the Owners Noahcraft_FTW left the server sasdly and then Yonda came.
