It's called jitter clicking, you rapidly shake the muscles in your hand and apply it to your mouse. And yes it is vibrating XD

It takes a lot of practice ( note it takes along time to master/get used to doing it)

You say you don't hack when you just posted a vid of you jitter clicking... You can't even control your mouse well enough to even strafe. (I never pvped you so idk if you hack)

 

Well you done have to believe me but I'll eventually post a vidio of me pvping with a mouse cam, but you can ask people like caledoesmining. He is one of the few people I tought how to pvp
