This guy needs to be banned. As someone who's half black I think it's really offensive to me or any other person. I guess he didn't call someone a n**** but he still said it and it's still rude :3

The ban appeal section is for your appeal if you've been banned, if you want him banned put this in spam reports with the correct format. Do that and he'll be punished.
