JustinMinime, the new most annoying kid.

So just about 1 hour ago, I got into an argument with justin, after he bow spammed me straight off spawn, not even giving me a chance to get to my chest, and as soon as I dropped down. A few games later after correcting him from cops to police, he does it again, and he started to annoy me. I started an argument with him (it is me, argument is my middle name) soon after him capsing repeatedly, disrespecting me, and denying that he had ever left a game (I almost hit my head against my laptop when I saw that one) I said that we were both in the wrong, me for starting an argument, and him for doing what was stated above, and well he didn't accept what he did. I need to ask two things:
1) Should the 30 second rule be brought back

2) Do you think he should be punished for his attitude in game? (I know a LOT of other people get ticked off with his attitude and he doesn't make the community a better place)
