Hello everyone what's up! long time no see. Well I have been active lately and I have realized that Skywars needs a bit of clean up in the hours I'm on. In game name: Realblackbeltr0 Real name: Ryan Age: 15 Time zone: Eastern Server you are applying for mod on: SkyWars, If needed I can move to anywhere else. Respectfulness on a scale of 1-10: 9.5 I make mistakes. Everyone has bad days. It would be a lie if I said 10. I believe everyone is to be treated with the same respect as everyone else. Staff is to give the players a respected fun experience. This means I respect those, even if they don't respect me. To be a "bigger man" or more mature you have to. That's the only way we can easily relate and help situations where there is failure to comply to rules. Obedience on a scale of 1-10: 9.5. I am trained to be obedient. Taekwondo since age 8 has thought me determination, Obedience, and Strength of Character. I answer promptly and efficiently. I do not back talk or fail to do what is asked of me when it is asked of me. I do make mistakes and I do my best to correct them and make up for them when I do. Experience: 8.5. In the experience of being a moderator and such I don't have many things to show... you have to start somewhere... I do have real world application to Moderator experience. I have a second degree black belt in Taekwondo, I can back this up with evidence if needed, so I have lots of experience working with kids, teens, and adults, and I know how to get people to listen to you with out yelling and escalading the situation. I Also am almost an eagle scout (working on my project now) I have held the position of SPL which is the main leadership role in the troop, which you are elected to. So I work with people all the time even on student council. I also have some programming experience and HTML experience. I was a Moderator on some small servers, but they have closed down since the EULA scare. Any past offences: I have never been kicked/muted/banned from any server. I believe If you treat players with respect and kindness none of those options should be needed. Reasons you should be moderator: I want to help the community. I can tell that is harms the overall relationship between the quality of the server and experience for others, this can easily be changed. I can easily relate to others regarding this because I have been cyberbullied and harassed as well as my chat spammed, and cussed in. I wish to be a Moderator so I can deal with this and make peoples lives easier. How I will work: I work off the rules. The steps of Punishment that I will use go as follows (server steps plus mine that work best for me) Warn Discuss Kick Discuss Mute Longer mute Jail Discuss Jail/warn Jail/Mute Jail get admin/other mod opinon Request permanent ban and 12 hour Jail/Mute/get other staff involved Yonda. Just Yonda is GOD! I feel discussing is the only way to calm emotions and correct behavior. I have a good understanding of the rules and my place in them. I am not above them and I am a where of that. Schedule: I am on almost every day of the week, except Tuesday nights beginning at 7 because that is when I go to scouts. TaeKwonDo does not interfere. When I am on it is usually from 2-9 EST with a break for dinner. I will be on at other times though, but those are the basic long ones. I am also on lots at the weekends. Like all day. I have no life . I do have minechat on my Ipod so I can answer questions If that is needed while away from keyboard. Adding: Also, I know I will need some teaching from other experienced mods, but I feel I can handle myself, as well as take from the pros. It’s a team effort, and I am sure we can learn from each other. I hope to be active in the forums and I hope to help anyone out there if I can. Hopefully I be on when other people can’t and cover their “time slots” if needed. Summery: My goal is this: Make Skywars and the server a better server, It won't just be me making that change, it would be so foolish to think that. I feel the topics I introduce and the ways of my communicating that I have learned and put into practice can help others and help the server get better and server to person relationships in creating a better atmosphere. I have reported hackers in the past, but they are not my primary concern In game. I will do my best to deal with that when possible. I AM concerned with Spam, False hack stating, Rule breaking, and cyberbullying/ harassment. These are things In Game that I can effectively and efficiently deal with to promote the servers clean good reputation. I also have youtubing friends such as TrueMcUniverse/ Beaky67/and GGiinger. SO I can ask them to promote the server. I will be mostly active after school which ends 2:00 EST to about 8:30 EST depending on the day. I understand the rules and frankly I am glad Mods can't ban, because there is much better ways to help a server grow, it is better to work on people to change them if you can than to cut them off from something that is not "yours", and as mods we owe it to the owners to do that and not mess with their users by bans. On Wednesday. It was because I came back and some rules had changed that I was not a where of and a called a player jokingly a N00b. Like I said I make Mistakes. We resolved the issue and I reviewed the rules. People Have slip-ups and I would like to classify this one as "my bad", but when rules change I would love to be warned before jailed, because I haven't been on in a while, But your right and I admit it. I want to be straight with everyone. I just thought it was not needed to put this as past offences as it was only because of a situation issue and malformation. I do not run from the truth. I could ask for proof... innocent intil poven guilty, but it was my fault, in the sence I broke a rule, even thought I was not warned, I was jailed.
No Reason to run from them. Honesty is key. I want to be as open as possible, I probably should have included it in the beginning. Just thought since it was a misunderstanding and he unjailed me early that it was ok to leave out.
You use to always leave the game when you would die but it seems you have really matured good luck man!

Your right that was a long time ago. I saw others do it then it became a rule you can't. So whenever I play now I win. And jaydubb03 I don't when I came back and saw the new rules after jonny told me there were new ones, I have never exited a game in game in the last 4-6 months since IV been back. One of the reasons I want to be mod is to help others understand new rules so they don't get punished for their past acts. Thank you for your post but it is outdated. Thanks herobrine. Ya I took a break from skywars for a while to play pr factions, I will be more active, but when there is no response from any admin, I really can't stand they crummy chat. Also ask jraptor I'm usually on with him if I am with any mod.
