If i'm being treated respectfully and nicely, then I am usually going to be respectful and nice back. If someone is being not so respectful, then I might be a little less nicer then I would be if they were being kind. I like to follow the "Golden Rule" when it comes to handling people in the game of Minecraft. I will always be respectful to my fellow staff members, and try as hard as I can to set a good example for people on the Squadcraft server by being respectful and kind to everyone. I will always be a 10 when it comes to respectfulness with SurgeTheUrge, BreezeyBoy, or Yonda13 because they are superior to me and they are my bosses. Obedience on a scale of 1-10: 8-9. I will always, 100% of the time, obey my fellow mods and superior staff members. I will not be like a puppet on strings doing everything for them, but if it something reasonable that I can do, I will always do it. I will try to be as nice as I can to players who ask me to do things and will try my hardest to make their Squadcraft experience the best it can be, but will not indulge myself in them and answer to their every whim. I will always do absolutely anything SurgeTheUrge, Yonda13, or BreezeyBoy tell me to do. I will always obey them because they are superior to me and are pretty much my bosses. Experience: I have been Moderator on a couple of friends servers that all averaged about 30-40 players. I have also been Admin on another server that had about the same average of people and was up for about 2 years. I was always online and did my job 100% of the time that I played. I never abused my powers and always did my job to the best of my ability. Any past offences: I am new to the Squadcraft server so no. I hope to keep my record clean of any bad things throughout my entire time playing and hope to only improve my reputation on the server. I'm not a fan or supporter of inappropriate language or profanity, or advertising another server. I also look down upon hacking and DDoSing others. Since I do not support any of these bad things, and will never do any of them, I do not worry that my reputation will ever be in jeopardy when I am on the Squadcraft server. Reasons you should be moderator: Well, for one, I'm a very respectful person in real life. I can handle situations such as people arguing or accusing one another of something, in a very nice, respectful manner, and resolve the problem within a little amount of time, while trying to keep everyone happy. I have experience with hackers, spammers, and advertisers. I do not tolerate any of it, and will act swiftly to bring justice to the person causing the issue, whether that means me using the /jail, /mute, or /kick command to let them cool down for a bit, or getting a fellow staff member to handle the situation if it becomes a large deal. I am a very relaxed person so I can always keep my cool in any situation that is brought upon me. I am very quick to forgive others and do not hold grudges against people, so, I won't treat someone badly if they have done something to me in the past. I will never treat a friend or close associate differently then any other player, so I won't give a friend 4 warnings, and give another person that I am not familiar with, 3 warnings. I will absolutely never, EVER, abuse any of the powers that I receive as a Moderator. The only reason I am trying to become a Moderator is to help the server, so I will never abuse. Any extra things you want to add: The only reason I would like to apply for the Moderator staff position on Squadcraft, is to help out the server. I will always do my job to the best of my ability 100% of the time that I spend on the server and will try to be on the server whenever I get a spare moment when I can do my job. I can be on frequently from about 3:00p.m. EST - 6:30p.m. EST on weekdays, pretty much any time on the weekends when I am not at my work, or with friends.
