Why do you play minecraft?
I play Minecraft because it allows me to be creative. I love to express myself through my builds and I thoroughly enjoy inventing builds. I used to think Minecraft was stupid (peer influence) but I tried playing it one day and realized it was actually really fun. I started building a house and mining (this was on PE) and I decided to try out PC. PC was way better than PE but I wanted to play multiplayer. My friend recommended Squadcraft to me and it was the first server I became dedicated to.

When are you usually online?
I am usually online between 3-5pm after school and any time during weekends/holidays.

How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play?
I can play for 2.5 hours on weekends (usually play for way more than this) and 1.5 hours on weekdays. I usually try and make the most if it and max out my time but sometimes, my school work has to come first.

How long have you been playing SquadCraft?
I have been playing Squadcraft for almost a year now, I believe I began last February.

What's your favourite memory on SquadCraft?
I have so many good memories of Squad but my favorite is probably when mine_project1997 tped half of mcMMO into our faction home. It was chaotic and hilarious all at once. We quickly moved all our stuff to a safe place while Pingu built a gigantic hyper cannon to raid us. TPGamers skyped him and screen shared our base to show that there was nothing better than iron armour and that got him to go away finally.

Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator?
I would like to be a moderator because it is literally my dream to help Squad. There are SO MANY spammers and hackers on mcMMO and as a moderator I would love to decrease that number by A LOT. Every single day, there is at least two spammers, and I always screenshot and report them. However, the reports are rarely dealt with and the spammers/hackers are left unpunished. If I was a mod I could eliminate hackers/spammers immediately instead of waiting three months for the report to be dealt with. With me as mod, mcMMO would be a much more pleasant server to be on because there would be few if any players breaking rules.

As a moderator, how will you effect SquadCraft?
I will effect SquadCraft in a huge way. I will greatly improve the community and eliminate the players that ruin mcMMO and make the game of Minecraft un-enjoyable. I will be such a positive influence of the community, the players and there attitudes towards Minecraft. I am also very active on forums so reports will be dealt with very quickly.

Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name?
I really would like to be a moderator, for SquadCraft, not for myself. I don't care about having "Mod" next to my name, I honestly wouldn't care if I was mod without the tag. All that matters is that I can help Squad to become the fantastic server it can be.

What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator?
If I am not chosen to be moderator, of course I will be upset but I will continue playing Squad and reporting players as usual. Of course, if I am not moderator, it will be more difficult to help improve Squad but it is always possible. Last time I was declined I quit for about three months but this was not because I was declined. I quit because a couple of the ex-mods were very rude and had a lot of unkind things to say to me, both on my application and in-game. I was tired of putting up with their demeaning behavior so I left. But I am back now because they can no longer get away with being cruel and abusing their power. If I am declined this time, I will not quit because I have no reason to. I love Squad whether or not I am a staff member.

What kind of skills do you have?
I am very mature according to my teachers and parents and I can use this to moderate the players of Squad. I treat everyone equally regardless of race, gender, sexuality or ethnicity. I believe in equality and I know that every player of Squad deserves to be treated equally and with respect. I am skilled when it come to handling situations with disrespectful players and I can make sure they are punished fairly.

Have you ever been banned? If so, Why?
I have had a 1 hour ban once but it was not for hacking. It was a long time ago and I think it was for spamming /rtp.

Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, Why?
I have NEVER cheated or hacked on Squad and wouldn't think of it. I have hacked on crappy pvp servers with 4 players as a joke but I don't even do that now. Trust me, I am possibly the worst pvper on mcMMO, you would easily be able to tell if I was hacking.

How do you treat younger players?
I treat young players with the respect they deserve. Since I don't actually know any of the players ages I treat them all as an equal but if I know a younger player is being picked on or feels unwelcome, I try to lift their spirits and stick up for them. Your age does not define your maturity and their are some 11 year olds on Squad who are more mature than 18 year olds.

Do you use teamspeak or skype?
I have never used teamspeak, the idea of talking to strangers kinda freaks me out but I do have Skype. If I was required to, I could get teamspeak.

How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one?
I have previosly submitted three applications, this is my fourth. The last one was on September 16, 2014.

Is there anything else you would like to say?
I would like to say that I have a bad history with two of the ex-mods. I admit that I have been very immature in the past but. I realized that I needed to grow up and become mature. I wrote apologies to both of the ex-mods who disliked me. Neither of them have replied but I hope they do know I am sorry, and would really appreciate it if we could just start over.

Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization? (doesn't have to be minecraft)
I own a private Minecraft server with my friend on which we share the owner position. I have experience working with kids with special needs (ADHD, Autism, Aspbergers and a couple more) and I can understand them better than the average person.

Tell us about yourself, about you, your character, personality and values.
My name is Elizabeth and I have a lot of character traits that might interest you. But let's start with my issues. I have obsessive compulsive disorder and my mom thinks I am Sheldon Cooper from the Big Bang Theory (don't worry I am not that irritating). I am obsessed with equality for all people including black people, white people, LGBT people, everyone on the face of this Earth. I work hard to make sure that no one feels hated and that no one feels like they are not good enough. I love video games on the computer and Play Station and I also enjoy watching way too much Netflix. I am empathetic and caring and I am the most honest person you will ever meet. I do not lie. I have told one lie in my entire life and I was four - can you blame me? I value family more than anything and I love my family so much, without them, I might kill myself. I would love to be a moderator on your wonderful server and hope that I can be considered.

Actually, I came back because a) a bunch of my friends did and b) the server I was playing on was awful. I wasn't going to apply for mod, but since we have none, there are SO MANY spammers and hackers. That is why I applied for mod. Also, I was allowed to reapply on November 16. If I came back only to be a mod, I would have applied then, not on December 30.
