So someone told me that you can see what plugins I use on the skywars servers. And it's true, at the moment you can go and use a minecraft command to see the server's plugins. So I took a look into the permission and I found something funny.

Again this isn't my work, the above is yonda's work. 2 permission nodes is all it takes, -bukkit.* -minecraft.* and players wont be able to see the plugins.
as you can see, 20 permission nodes later you can still do /? and see all the plugins. So would it be smart to trust someone with level of incompetence with master control where a single wrong action can make an entire server disappear forever? No. This is why I made yonda's primary job something that doesn't require development work, not because I didn't trust him as a friend, I did trust him, but because I knew he would make a mistakes that would cause me to spend hundreds of hours every few months to make new servers from scratch. In hind sight I probably shouldn't have trusted him as a friend ether, since he did bs me and start his own server. I would be happy for him if he was actually developing the server with his own hands, instead of having gold and breezy make it for him. Anyway, So I paid yonda 1,000 bucks a month for a year to do one thing, get more mods, so that there is staff, on 24/7 to mute advertisers and spammers. When the server started running out of money I still gave yonda 300 bucks a month. I think the last month or two he stopped asking for money. Probably out of guilt while he was having his own server made for 2 months. I think he asked for like 20 bucks, and i sent him 100. You guys probably know whats coming next. Never at any point did squadcraft have staff around the clock. Everyone was from the same time zone, so there would be like up to 5 mods on at the same time, but during low times there would never be mods on. He complained that its impossible to deselect decent people out of the crowd and that it's too hard to actually get good mods. Instead of doing his job, getting mods, he would work on minigame ideas, and have people build spawns in hub, and he was working on server ideas and stuff. Basically he neglected his duty and did what he wanted to do instead of what I needed him to do. A lot of the mods would go inactive after getting mod. I guess they got bored of it when they finally got it. Finally there was the mods leaving and stuff. If his job, or service, was to hire moderators, and he was paid like 10 grand to do that, wouldn't him taking his mods with him basically undo what I paid him to do? The mods are supposed to love the community and have a drive to help the community. The community is squadcraft.... You don't just go up and leave because you would get mod on some other server. There were a lot of rumors that I would replace the staff with plugins. If the mod doesn't abuse his/her power, there is no reason to demote them even if the server mutes all the advertisers, bans all the hackers, and temp mutes all the toxic players. They can still be there as role models for the community and just be helpful to everyone increasing the quality of the community. I just wanted to write this because some people blame me and have hate boners for me for some reason. I gave yonda 10k to get mods, he failed, there was never enough coverage, started a surge hate club, took the money and the mods. So logically squadcraft is at a loss from business with yonda. It's not like yonda is poor or anywhere close to the position where I was when I was working for noah. He lives with his parents, so free food and home, and also his grandfather passed away giving him 100k. I know he technically cant spend the 95% of it because its for investment only, but im sure if he was homeless and hungry they would let him cash out that 95 grand. So I have absolutely no idea how I am the bad guy here.

 

so there is a hacker being banned on kit pvp every 7 minutes today, but we're still getting kitpvp mods.

First of all, look at yourself. You have had not one, but TWO important staff leave because of you. Don't go blame it on Yonda.

And also, Yonda could have helped. If you gave him Console, none of this would have happened. You lost all of the mostly good staff, and now to replace it with junky plugins and some even trashier mods.
