Hello, Today I am here to request my factions rank back from surge because I feel its unfair that it got taken away. Here's a brief description of what happened: My BigTea account got hacked, so I asked surge to please give me back my rank on my new account (Skarmick, now SkarHD) Surge bluntly did it, but about 3 weeks later he took it away because momochase told him I sold BigTea so I could make profit from his ranks. Which is an absolute lie. Surge, you can easily use the command /pex user BigTea group set default On the factions server. And you can even lifetime ban the account. I really would like to get back into Squadcraft, And I spent $200 on the V.I.P. Rank for factions, and then my account got hacked. So surge, may I please get my account back to V.I.P. (New name is SkarHD) And I have screenshots of BigTea being a V.I.P., I have proof of the payments I made on PayPal. As I said before, I'd love to get back into Squadcraft and keep playing, but it's no fun realizing I spent over $200 on the server, and don't have my rank. Thanks, SkarHD IGN: SkarHD
pay for vip once, lol make 3 different minecraft accounts vip, bigtea, sharmic, and now skarhd. No that isn't going to happen and that isn't how it works. Your accounts are your responsibility, and you being hacked time and again shows that you are not some victim with matters out of your hands, it shows that you are constantly making stupid mistakes, and fall for viruses and phishing websites. If I give you your vip everyone is going to get new accounts and spam me for rank transfers.
You do have a point. But my question is, why did you give me the rank, and then tame it away? First of all, it was my mistake for getting the account hacked, yes I understand that. But, I don't think you understand what it feels like to be in the situation that I'm in. As I said before, I am willing to buy it again, but I am just trying to save money by asking for my rank back. He got hacked once, got a new account and changed the name on that account. He payed for VIP on one account then made an honest mistake. He has not since made said mistake and the basis of your removing his rank are deceitful. If you are going to deny a member who actually contributes to the community healthily his donator rank on such a basis, then this is a long winding road of negativity.

I told you this so many times. People would come to me asking for rank transfers, and when I told them no, they would cry and about how unfair it was that you bigtea got a rank transfer and they did not. momo especially, his argument was that you got a rank transfer and so should he. He literally repeated "but bigtea got a rank transfer" like five times. I took it away because people would use you as an example for their argument that they should get a rank transfer. idk man if you told everyone that you paid for the rank a second time, you probably could have kept the free rank transfer, but instead apparently the entire server knows about you getting a rank transfer. I didn't tell anyone. You should have kept it a secret.
I understand. I told my friend... Then he told someone, they told someone, etc. You know word gets around. But the thing is, this isn't really a rank tranfer. Technically it is, but how many people are going to say "Oh my account got hacked though" I understand your logic, you're a responsible owner who wants to keep it fair to everyone on this server... So I suppose I will just buy the rank again when I have the money. Thanks for your time.
You should of said that in a pm, he would of just said "Oh Ill pay the rank a second time" this would have been over with ._.
