I really don't want to post my opinion on ISIS because people on here aren't friendly to reasoning, but I don't believe that ISIS will attack your town.
Edmonton Alberta is a major producer of Oil so if my town were to be attacked it would seriously effect the world economy (including the US witch is heavily dependent on the oil supply in Edmonton) plus Edmonton is home to the biggest Mall in all of north America (whitch contains everything from thousands of stores, an amusement park, I gaint pool, to even a five star hotel) so it would be a big hit to the capital city not to mention the thousands of people that work, live and visit daily. So it makes sense that ISIS might want to target Edmonton Alberta (they already attacked Ottawa, Ontario) I speak Arabic BTW so I know what Inshallah means

Well if the US had any other president we would be bombing ISIS more and send ground troops to seek out ISIS cells at the source (Syria) and potentially defeat ISIS in less than a week. But Obama decided to promise protection to Ukraine and Russia is confirmed to be invading them from almost all directions, so it's either US fights a battle for Ukraine that we won't be able to win (Ukraine pretty much surrounded), fight ISIS and eliminate one of the most extreme terrorist groups in the world. Obama is to much of a pussy (excuse my French)
The president is the commander and chef of the US armed forces but he cant go on any extended milatary campaign without the approval of congress (whitch is also why he can't join the fight with Ukraine) in fact the US war against ISIS is still up for debate on weather or not its illegal and weather or not the president over stepped his powers when attacking ISIS You can check out this video on what powers the President actually has If you have any questions let me know

ISIS wont be coming to the Us We have the best Military in the world and ISIS would have to fly and plane or take a ship to get here and If they flew here where would they land and if they went by Ship there ship would go Boom Boom so there is no chance at all
ISIS claims to have cells all over the US, giant compounds where they train soldiers but the government can't do anything about it because they can't just go onto their property when the landowner has a clean record. VICE interviewed an ISIS soldier and he claims that there are thousands of ISIS soldiers just waiting for the call to attack (tbh I think that guy was a little ass over head). Also haven't you heard about the thing that happened in North Dakota? A successful wrestler joined ISIS and they got him full body armor, an ak-47 and tons of ammunition. He was planning on shooting up a government building and schools. People like that make me sick.
Yes we do have a very strong millitary possibly the best in the world but you can't be so sure of it, things can happen, security issues, malfunctions all that stuff but if I had to bet on it we are safe from ISIS

Im not gonna start an argument but I think our president in my opinion is crap. Changing the president also does have a huge effect, right now we have many soldiers getting killed and christians and our president does nothing, not sure if you are familliar with the country Jordan but one of their pilots got burned alive by ISIS next thing ya know hes fighting ISIS bombing them and everything Israel is too, we need a president like that.
To be honest I'm not a big fan of the president but you don't have to watch your family being burnt alive in Syria nearly everyday I get news that Family died in Syria. And what I meant when I said changing the president will have little effect is either way the president can't make war with another country without the approval of Congress Congress can declare war The president can make war I dont want to aruge about it, let's just keep this a friendly debate

There is huge American mall that had a threat terror threat also, but not by ISIS. Malls have virtually no security so it would be an easy target for them because if they didn't announce they were planning an attack they could have went there and killed hundreds of people before SWAT, police or National Guard would have time to respond, however malls are now ramping up security so it's less likely that it would happen now. If it did it would be horrible because the US relays on its navy for protection the Pacific Ocean and Atlantic, we don't have to worry about north or south because Canada is a US ally and Mexico would be dominated with in a week by the US. So with this kind of attack it would start another war with another terrorist group. The last attack on US soil was 9/11 (not including the Boston bombing because they were not part of a known terrorist group at the time).
