I saw in the shout box a while ago that somebody said that you were threatening to swat people and other stuff, the surge flat out said he banned you. Idk why because the guy didn't have any physical proof of it.

Pigu use to and maybe still does DDoS. Madminer recorded a video on old squad of him fighting pigu and he got hit off. And pigu you always say how you miss squad yet you always call it "shit" and you disrespect surge. I think you should stay banned, by the looks of it you have been loving without squad for a while, you can do it for longer

He threatened basically every player you can think of: c1t1, madminer (the real one not mamba), Ethan, xsinful, etc... Pigu overall is bad and would add more toxic to the community.
All of the people you listed that pigu "threatened" are major ddosers. C1t1 is good friends with Chey so he got a booter, xsinful has been known for ddosing by tons of old players, madminer was a mc hacker and from what I know he R.A.Ts people and has hacked a few mc accounts, Ethan idk that much about because I haven't talked to him for over a year and a half. If he did he was helping regular players just like flashy did, he saw ddosers ddosing anyone he would "take care" (we all know) of the ddosers, I've even seen him do it to people bullying on ts. Pigu was a known friend of flashy but that doesn't mean we should treat him differently, he has stuck with squad for so long even if it is true he threatened to ddos ddosers he should be given another chance to redeem himself.
He hasn't stuck with it for long, at most maybe a year and a half total with all his drama queen quits. Pigu isn't loyal to squad, he DDoSes, and is a toxic to the community. Pigu was a crappy mod and swats people. I don't think he should be unbanned and that's my opinion
At least pigu a was a mod who took care of hackers on there, most of the other mods did nothing (kill_that_bunny, Lexi ((no offense)), moist_sausage) and what I hear there a mods there who still don't do anything. He didn't even swat them he said "I can't wait until you get swatted". Pigu isn't dumb, he wouldn't swat because it's a waste of money and time, and there has recently been a crackdown on swatters, a 15 year old got 25 years for swatting. And you can't say he ddosed when that vid was obviously Chey ddosing.

I was inactive on factions because i was mod on every server except skyblock and creative i didn't focus on one server. I was never "afk" because i was taught that moderators should never afk so i didn't. And yeah i may have told some factions players to shut up you know as well as i do that they cuss/spam more than any other server. Have you ever been moderator on squadcraft? Because if you have you would know that whatever you do right or wrong you can't please everyone. You either are "Abusing" or "not a good mod" or "Inactive" or "an idiot" i can keep going my point is moderator is a tough job and you can hate us or love us we (myself) don't care either way. If i am abusing or doing something i shouldn't be screenshot it and report me, don't insult my skill as a mod if you have no experience.

No I haven't been mod on squadcraft but I'm pretty sure a rule is to be nice to all players, telling them to shut up isn't very nice
That was MrIVic. If you remember it wasn't JUST me in the fight, chey was there along with a few other people I believe. Also, you can't DDoS while playing MineCraft. So become more educated with these scenarios. no we're not. We are both original players who became friends. He lives in Oregon I live in Pennsylvania. We've never met either.

I never DDoSed anyone online SquadCraft. On top of that, I was never banned for DDoS either. I've been false banned on SquadCraft once for duping (Rally gave me the items) and once again for a tempban error when I was "advertising" for a giveaway. I've also been banned twice for another Autoban error where it bans you if from the entire network for "spam". Once on DrPigu when surge unbanned me from an appeal, and once again on Pigu. (This ban appeal). I've moved to AdvancedPvP and became a moderator there twice. From that point I left AdvancedPvP and joined ParaPvP, I'm currently an administrator on their network. I can't swat, I don't have an interest in learning either. Swatting is a federal crime where you get sent to prison for 15 years atleast. It's too easy to flunk. Also, where are you getting this infromation from? Are you confusing me with Flashy? Although flashy doesn't swat players, nor anyone for that matter he's still the most renowned SquadCraft "hacker" there ever was and is to this date. It wasn't Chey either, I was in a Skype call when he got DDoSed. I told MrIVic to stop the attack and I think that he just let the DDoS attack run. Just saying, I've obtained more skills than just DDoSing. None of that's hard unless you want to format a Botnet. Which I'm not capable of. All these people that played SquadCraft user Web Services hosted from public DDoS servers. Brandon (c1t1) doesn't DDoS. Chey (MrIVic took away his bootter access). xSinful, he used a free trial stresser hosted from a shitty scam website. madminer was never threatened either, he was just stupid to let MrIVic to obtain his skype.

Kinda funny, I play the server for 3 years. Got the server publicity. Became a moderator and moderated on Yonda's expense and I get this? lmfao It was MrIVic's Titanium Stresser hosted booter. Since chey mis-used it he didn't want him having it. That was obviously a great choice.

Ok he did advertise but he didn't threaten to swat. He said "I can't wait till you get swatted". That's like a ddos threat that was deemed as "not valid" when somebody said "you're going to get ddosed" or "I can't wait until you get ddosed". Either way it still doesn't make sense that pigu got the ban for saying that and the other person didn't.
Idk, but that's the only thing I can remember him doing that broke the rules. Surge was the one who banned him I believe as I have no recollection of banning him.
I told a player to get online badlion, but either way. I wasn't banned for that reason, nor was I banned for "swatting" or "swat threats". That's not a threat. If you have any knowledge about the definition. I don't want to seem rude but you're very ignorant to the fact that the ban reason is for "spamming". Please pay attention. When you are banned (not by console), the message you get when you try to log on is that you've been banned for spam, no matter what reason the player who banned you put.

I heard someone was talking about a toxic community, Let me educate you on this "Toxic Community". First off, Pigu does not "Swat" nor "Ddos". This server was once run by ddosing little kids who took their moms credit card went onto a website after they googled "How to ddos" and bought something worth 5 dollars that would put you offline for 5-10 minutes. You want to sit here and talk about who bring toxicity to a community? This server is still toxic and will always be toxic. I log in to see what's happening every 2-3 weeks. The amount of times I get on and see "You're going offline kid" and "Doxing you right now" is too many to count. One person doesn't make a community go bad, It's the people who follow. Guaranteed 1 out of the 5 people who pvp have a stresser and use it discreetly. You are going to sit here arguing that pigu shouldn't be unbanned because he ddoses and swats people? When you have no proof of any of these actions? He said "Can't wait till you get swatted" and that is apparently a threat? This is exactly why this server is dead and will never peak 400+ players again. There has never been and will never be a staff team that can coordinate this server. I sat on this server for 6 months rooting the kids who ddosed so I could make an attempt to fix this shit community. I did just that and i ended up getting banned because of my past actions. Everyday it was someone new threatening someone else. 4+ of these people were bedrock donor and actively donated. Notice something wrong here? Seems the good people who donate none get banned but the guys who constantly ddos and have bedrock are free to do what ever because they pay surges rent. That isn't exactly how a server is maintained. If this was anywhere close to a good server Surge wouldn't be so self dependent on these 5 people who actively donate. He could open this server to an entirely new player base but no, He's too busy letting the kids who pay for his computer and what he eats do what ever the hell they want and causing the server to lose such an insane amount of players. This is coming from someone who actively partook in these "ddos and dox" threats. Although i didn't threat i did what i said i was going to do. I came back and cleaned up what i left behind and got banned for it. If you ever want a non toxic community don't put the blame on 1 person aka Pigu. Blame everyone who has ever hit the launch attack button and used a skype resolver to gain "God apples and god armour" Because committing a federal crime is worth a couple of pixels on minecraft.
