In weekdays, I could be on 2-4 hours while on weekends between 6-8 How long have you been playing SquadCraft? For more than a year (Old IGN: cesaralejandro) What's your favourite memory on SquadCraft? When a Bedrock (BloozDude) gave me all his kits, since then, I a ctually turned pretty rich, until I quit mc for a while. When I came back, everything was gone D: Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? Factions, definetely Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator? I want to help the server get rid of hackers, spammers and advertisers. I also want the server to get big again. I was here since the times when the server would lag because there were so many players. Since then, the amount has gone down. I enjoy helping servers, and I definetely would love to help in a big one like squadcraft is. Be recognized by Yonda as one of the best moderators. And just in general, recognized as a friendly player that keeps a good comunity up. As a moderator, how will you effect SquadCraft? Getting rid of hackers, I have a lot of experience doing so. I know the little tricks they use to not make it obvious. For example, they acuse another player of hacking. Just to kind of make the staff think that they're anti hackers although they're the ones hacking. Also, these following offenses will be punished in the following ways: Spam: Temp mute mute for an hour or so. If the player continues spamming after the first mute, permanent mute. If he gives us a good reason to unmute him/her, the player will get unmuted. Advertising a server: Mute for at least a day since that would probably cause the server to lose a couple of players. Advertising a channel: Well if the player produces server related channel, I think it should be allowed, in the case that the admins don’t allow this, mute for at least 2 or 3 hours. Hacking: If it’s the first offense, I would say temp ban for between 2 weeks and 1 month. Depending on the hack he uses, for example, I’ve seen a lot of kids that use regen, kill aura and everything the anti-cheat doesn’t block. The second offense would be a permanent ban without any option of unban (Unban part is a decision of the admins though) Disrespect towards staff: Warning, if he continues, mute for a couple of hours. Profanity: Warning, then temp mute for about 2 hours until the player cools down from his rage. This way, offenders, people that want to harm the server, will dissapear. Completely. I'm very strict when it comes to law enforcement and therefore, that will help out Squadcraft A LOT. Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name? Surely. I want people to know that I'm an authority, and that they need to watch out with what they do. What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator? What kind of skills do you have? As I mentioned before, I have a lot of experience as a hacker catcher. I know the little tricks they use to kind of not give away that they’re hacking for example if it’s hard for them to kill someone, they will say: Rec, banned. They’re kind of blaming you for what they do (Hypocrite much?). I also enjoy helping people, I make sure if anyone has a problem, that the problem is solved as soon as possible. I like to help new people in the server, introduce them what it’s about. I read chat a lot, therefore, no one will have to wait for a response. I’m not the type of Moderator that only listens to other staff members and donators. I dislike that type of people a lot. I want to make sure that everyone including defaults, donators, vip’s and other staff members have a great time on the server. I think with my help, there will be 1. No profanity at all. 2. The amount of hackers will be reduced massively (I will NOT ban anyone with proof since I am aware that banning players with no proof in a lot of servers is a reason for demotion.) and 3. Everyone will have a great time, and will want to donate, make videos on the server, and make it as famous as possible! I want to be recognized by others staff members as a great one myself. Specially, I would like surge to think: Wow, he’s 14 years old and he’s that much of a great staff member? In general, I think my experience as a hacker catcher will help out the server a lot. I personally think that as I grow up, I will become a better staff member and I will make sure that I never commit an action that gets me demoted, since I dislike getting demoted off servers because it makes me think I did something that could’ve damaged the server or the community. I also will also make sure to have a good community. Make sure that there is no hate between players or hate towards the server. My main rule for a good community: No profanity. I will definitely watch out my language obviously to not set a bad example towards other players. Apart from my experience as a hacker catcher and my attempts to have a good community, I’m a good staff member in general. Friendly, I obey players with higher ranks than me, and if I disagree on something, I will make sure to say it in the most educate way possible since I would like to get perfectly along with all the other staff members. I also would like to say that I’m not the typical kid that says: I can /kick, /ban and /mute. Everyone can do that perfectly. When it comes to a player committing an offense, I take it very seriously, because players trying to ban the server = baaad. Have you ever been banned? If so, Why? Not on squadcraft. I was banned off MCSG about 2 years ago for using a hacked client. Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, Why? Yes, back when I was about 12 years old, I used Rubix I believe it's called. And the very early versions of Huzuni. That got me banned of MCSG. I did it because I wanted to be known for having a lot of wins. Unfortunately, I took the wrong way. The good thing is, I've changed. I'm a decent pvper now, and I am definetely against the use of hacked clients. How do you treat younger players? I care a lot about the younger people on Minecraft, that's the reason that I don't allow profanity, at all. I like to help them, if they have any problems, they can always feel free to ask me. Come on, I know how most of them feel sometimes, I'm just 14 years old. I was a little kid not long ago. Fortunately grown to be way more mature than in the past. I will make sure to not me rude towards them in the case that they commit an offense. I want the younger players to have a great experience on squadcraft. Do you use teamspeak or skype? Skype I have Teamspeak: I can make one if needed. List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server. On my old channel don't remember what it was called, I got rid of around 5 hackers (Recording them) and I think 2 ddosers. I believe one of them was the alt account of a pretty known player on the server. Also, on the forums account (Ceancali I think it's called) I helped out a lot of players on their applications by giving them suggestions and letting them know which ones I believed that deserved to get accepted. How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one? 1 I believe, about 6 months ago or even more. Very long time ago, I was extremely immature back then xD Is there anything else you would like to say? I care a lot about this server. Everyday, the amount of players goes down and I really dislike that. I want all old players to come back, and make squadcraft the legendary server it used to be. On smaller servers, but I have been Administrator multiple times. I’ve been known on many servers for my well worked applications, and I hope you guys agree on that. I also currently own a server, which isn't too big, but that has given me some knowledge on commands, plugins, etc. Tell us about yourself, about you, your character, personality and values. I'm funny, weird, I enjoy fooling around, but when it comes to getting the job done, I'm very serious and strict. I want the server to have a good comunity, organizing pvp events where I give out money and other things, also make giveaways, I want players to think that I'm a very fun moderator. I will make sure that people have an incredible experience at the server and make sure they come back every day. cesaralejandro and then Ceancali although I only had Ceancali for a month or so and I don't think I played on squadcraft with that name. Not sure. I actually gave drunkexcop my full echest once (2.5 stacks of gapples, 1 set of unbreak and a half and god armour) I don't know if he remembers, but if he does, there's a witness that I've been here since a while ago
