Hacksuation rule

Hello,
Well this is pretty self explanatory. The hacksuation on factions is soooooo crazy, I don't know if everyone else feels the same way about this or not.

So many people make hackusations on other areas in squad craft too. In kitpvp there is constantly at least one guy calling hacks. In hunger games, the same thing happens. In factions, the same thing happens. There should be a warning given each time you send the phrase " [Player Name] hacks" After a few warnings the person should get a temp-banned that is increased each time they cross the limits of claiming that someone hacks.
