What is your MineCraft name? kiko586053 Why do you play mine craft? I play mine craft because it is a very fun game and I like to meet new people and have fun, mine craft to me is like a second world you can build anything you want and I really like to be able to do that. PvP is also really fun enjoy all the different mini games. What is your TimeZone? Pacific time. When are you usually online? I am usually online on weekdays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Weekends any where from 2:00Pm-11:00PM. How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play? I can play for 8 hours, I play around 6 hours some days longer. How long have you been playing SquadCraft? 2 years. I can adjust the time I play if needed. What's your favourite memory on SquadCraft? When i got to talk to a YouTuber that I was a fan of that would make videos of sky wars. Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? I spend most of my time on Sky Wars and Survival Games. Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator? I want to become a moderator on SquadCraft because I am honest, generous, respectful, alert, mature, and calm. I will never abuse my power I will always respect other moderators, Staff, and players. Over these two years of being on SquadCraft I have seen a lot of Cheating (In other words hacking) and unfairness. It always upsets me when i see someone cheating and another person arguing and there is no one there to solve the problem. I want to become a moderator to be able to help in these kind of scenarios and I am prepared for any other kind of scenario. If I see someone arguing or not following the rules I would ask the person to kindly stop doing what they are doing as a first warning. If they do not cooperate I will take action deepening on what rule they are not following. I think that everyone deserves a chance because not everyone knows every thing so I don't think its the right thing to just kick or mute right away. If they do not follow the instructions I give I will take action in the fairest and most responsible way possible. I see a lot of hacking going on and I would love to stop it as soon as I see it instead of having to wait for my report to be viewed. it gets on my and a lot of other players nerves. It just makes players want to leave and go play somewhere else. So many times I have played with hackers and it makes me want to leave also but I always knew that one day they will be stopped, That people who break the rules will get punished. I haven't given upon on SquadCraft and I never will, most of the people on SquadCraft are really kind and they share the same problems as I do: people who break the rules. The rules say what people shouldn't do, yet some players still don't understand it and keep on breaking the rules. I want to become a SquadCraft moderator to stop people who break the rules or cause problems. I will work as hard as I can and try the best that I can to make SquadCraft a fun place for everyone. I spend a lot of my free time on SquadCraft since I really like the server and it was one of my first servers. I thought that since Im on SquadCraft a lot I should be a moderator, I see a lot of discussions that are unneeded because it might hurt someones feelings, either because they have a negative number of points or they just like to argue. I always step in and try to calm the discussion down. My goal as a SquadCraft moderator is to help anyone that needs help to make sure everyone is following the rules and not spamming any thing offensive and anything at all. I will try my very best to stop people from breaking the rules without being unfair. People who don't like SquadCraft don't like the hackers AKA people who ruin the game. Thats why my goal is to put an end to hacking, its only fair and fun for one side which is the hacker.People who break rules such as spamming, advertising, ddos, and more also ruin the game for people, but in a different way. People who break rules such as those annoy people in chat which is also a big part of the SquadCraft and something that should be kept safe and clear of and rule breakers. All in all My goal is I help make SquadCraft safe, fun and fair for everyone to play and enjoy their time. As a moderator, how will you effect SquadCraft? I will affect SquadCraft by Making sure everyone is following the rules and being kind to eachother I will be fair to everyone and solve any problems in a efficient way. I feel like If I become a moderator I will make a big affect on SquadCraft for the better. Im on SquadCraft a lot and sometimes when I'm on there might be no mods on, and there might be a few players breaking the rules I always look out for that. Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name? I would like to start off by saying I hope no one wants to be a moderator just for that. Ofcourse not I am applying for moderator to help SquadCraft become more fair and fun for everyone not just to have mod next to my name. What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator? I will not stop trying my best to make SquadCraft a more fun, fair, and safer place for everyone. What kind of skills do you have? I am good at solving problems and coming up with good ideas, For example if I where to be breaking the rules and I didn't know what the rules where I would like to have a second chance and not break those rules ever again, thats why I like to be fair. I like to help people that need help I look out for everything Im very careful in whatever it is I'm doing. I am very good at finding people who break the rules and I make the right decision. Have you ever been banned? If so, Why? No I have never been banned on this or any other server. Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, Why? I myself have never cheated or used hacks, but my younger sibling has a friend that downloaded some hacks on my PC any my sibling used it using my account. But i got a new computer and different password for it so that will never happen in the future. I am very certain this will never happen again because me and my family had talk to my sibling about it and how its not fair.( which is part of the reasons Im applying for mod: To stop cheating or hacking) How do you treat younger players? I treat younger players the way I treat all players which is with fairness, helpfulness, and respect, I would never treat someone different because of their age. If someone says hi I always say hi in return. Sometimes people will say nothing and I think that part of treating people with respect is by answering them, especially if its just something as simple as hi. Do you use teamspeak or skype? No I do not have teamspeak I will try to get in the future, although I do use Skype. List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server. I have offered to help a mod make sure SquadCraft is fun, fair, and safe. I haven't used Forums I didn't have a account on the website until june 1st 2015 other wise I would've reported a lot of players for cheating and for breaking the rules. Also if a player is arguing with another player I try to calm them down and resolve the argument. Now that I have gotten an account on the website I am reporting people who broke the rules.(with evidence) I have also seen a lot of spam and I ask them to please stop..I always show good sportsmanship and hope to influence it to others. How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one? Is there anything else you would like to say? I have never submitted a application before but I am hoping that this one will be accepted because it really comes from my heart and the truth. I am really dedicated to making SquadCraft a better place, I know that some people just get mod to abuse it and thats probably why it might be hard to get it. But I really mean what I say and I hope to help more and more. Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization? (doesn't have to be minecraft) I have a experience of in real life I have volunteered work at a ice rink for 5 months and I was very fair and responsible there and the staff there always liked me to come and help because I would always know what to do. If I couldn't handle a situation I would ask for help and not just make a random decision that could lead to more problems. My friend came there to help out to, but after a month he gave up but I was really dedicated to that place I stayed tell the end. It doesn't mean that If I'm behind a screen I will act differently than in person. Tell us about yourself, about you, your character, personality and values. I am mature I don't like to make anybody feel bad about themselves in anyway, I just want to say the truth and I know thats the best way. In a different game when I was younger this person told me to tell him my account password and that he would give me some credits so that I could spend. It turned out to be a scam and I felt horrible about myself, I didn't know what to do I had spent money that I made in that game and its all lost. At that point I knew to never make that mistake again. I want to make sure no one gives out any personal information because when your behind a screen you don't know who is on the other side and it can be dangerous. If I ever see some one giving out personal information I would immediately mute so that everything is paused and I can have time to see whats going on and why this kind of information is being given out. I don't want any one to make the same mistake I did because Im sure they will regret it just like I did. I really appreciate you reading this I want to help SquadCraft the best I can thank you for your time. (Im not to sure what its asking down below, email adammitkees@gmail.com)
The application is good and include great information but it could use more detail. In your application, explain more about some topics and include more information to support some of your answers. Also, space out some of your questions, some questions are bunched together and makes the application hard to read. Next, bold your questions. Not only bolding your questions makes your application look better and more professional, but it makes it easier to read. Some players can find it rather annoying when reading an application without bolded questions. Last, although I've seen you online many times, try to be active on the forums. Like I told you before, being active on forums and in game will boost your application big time! Anyways, I really enjoyed your application. +10. Good luck and I wish the best of luck to you and your application! -Emu <3
I like the app, but I suppose it should be more detailed. However, considering it a first, great effort!
Although I already gave you my feedback, I found one more thing you could change and possibly work on. In your application, there's many, many run-on sentences. Instead of joining multiple sentences with a comma, just add a period. Here's an example. Example: How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one? Is there anything else you would like to say? I have never submitted a application before but I am hoping that this one will be accepted because it really comes from my heart and the truth and Im really dedicated to making SquadCraft a better place, I know that some people just get mod to abuse it and thats probably why it might be hard to get it, but I really mean what I say and I hope to help more and more. Fixed example: How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one? Is there anything else you would like to say? I have never submitted an application before but I am hoping that this one will be accepted because it really comes from my heart and the truth. Also, I'm really dedicated to making Squadcraft a better place. I know that some people just get Mod to abuse it and that's probably why it might be hard to get it, but I really mean what I say and I hope to help more and more. Although this isn't a big deal, OCD just gets to me. Anyways, good luck! -Emu
Thanks for your support I will detail it more Thanks Emu I will fix the run on sentences. I really appreciate the support
This is a very detailed application I see, Because I'm reading this after you edited it. Anyways you seem very kind and friendly, You just joined so just get used to the forums and be patience whilst people look. Anyways, this is a very good application, +1 Good Luck wish you very best on getting moderator!
Great application: +1 Suggestions: - Well, mainly I suggest that you learn how to use them or forums better, Such as learning to quote people posts, and directly replying to people posts. Thats about it, Best of luck, and kind regards, -Skar
Amazing application, you seem like a great guy. +1 However, I would definitely try to learn more grammar and as @skarmick said, try to use the forums better and be more active during in them. Other than that, amazing application - best of luck.
