xPotatoPvP_ Logging and admitting to it.

I was pvping xPotatoPvP_ and MCPandaboy. what had happened was MCPandaboy had logged out while fighting because the server claimed "he was flying" and kicked him. So xPotatoPvP grabbed his stuff and ran then logged.
after that he admitted to logging (screenshots provided)
I wasnt sure where to post this thread so I put it in the DDos/Ban reports.
