Just a Small Question (Mods)

I was just wondering if scamming is allowed, or if I can report someone for scamming/killing.
Because On prison 2 people named Sativa1984 and xxTheWarriorxx180 said "Come to /p h sativa1984 for a smelter pic!" So me and like 5 other people went. We went underground and they said to stand in front of them. Then they flicked a hidden lever and me and like 3 others went plumeting to our deaths. they stole everything we had, and are now calling us big noobs.
I know I kinda already told what happened but is it actually breaking the rules to scam kill? And if so, would I or Rockstar_188 be able to properly report it? (We both recorded)

 

Scamming for in game items is allowed. And to be brutally honest, you dying is your fault.
IRL items however are most definitely not.

 

Scamming is allowed aslong as it doesn't involve irl money or something like that.

They gave me back some stuff that wasn't mine like pots and Dirt and aeven an eff 9 picaxe, and a stack of golden carrots and I'm not giving them back xD
But its my armor and tools that I needed

Not that I know of. Surge should remove fall damage from Prison imo.
