Experience: JelloArmy owner by JelloCraftHD with me as Admin. I do the perms, keep the server tidy.(Basically the guy the gets stuff done.) I am experienced with hackers and can tell if one of them is hacking.

Any past offences: Banned twice on mcmmo one for "logging" by Hayes the other one for "hacking" by Sikk_Beast. On KitPvP for killing 2 phantoms whilst being a phantom myself and having high imrpobs by surgetheurge... Yeah...

Reasons you should be moderator: I personally don't see me abusing any time soon for any reasons. I do not tolerate big spam messages nor advertisements. Am mature for my age but I can take a joke. Cause some moderators are quiting sadly, the server will need some new fresh moderators.(penilepickaxe good choise) I know how to work the commands and in a situation with a angry player I will not try to "win" the argument but help the player cause he would not need me if he didn't need help with something, from hackers to spammers I will help the player that is being harmed, either by muting or in the case of a hacker kill him >.. I've been called a hacker on factions quite a lot of times. Cause I take on 3v1s with a bedrock, mvp and emerald. (I have screenshotted the emerald's no kb after the fight while he was standing at the /warp pvp) I will not have an issue if another mod corrects me, but if there is no misunderstanding I would not have to be corrected. Ik the basic things for bans, such as don't ban them while in combat and that 200k improbs = a perm ban and they would have to purchase an unban in the webstore. Dealing with dupers I would ask to confiscate the duped items(keep them in a safe spot like my ender chest) and contact an admin, if they deny to give me the items that would 1 just make it more suspicious and 2 I can still tell an admin. I will treat people in a way I would like them to treat me, cause nobody is better than somebody else.. Deep inside..

Any extra things you want to add: This is my second mod application and it has been like 3 months so I thought why not give it another go, my previous one was for mcmmo. If skype is needed I am able to skype most of the time and chatting like always unless when it is like 6 A.M and I'm asleep.

XD you won't get mod. You say that you have "experience" with hackers. Because you hack. Lexilou even has seen your hacks. Factions isn't hiring mods btw.
