*Bitter grumbling over chance raid* Ah well... Anyway, onto the application. I notice something similar in almost every application I read, and it's an old one; words that don't make sense in the sentence they're in. What you said (this is in the first paragraph): ' I may change it soon depending on person preferences...' It's a minor error; really subtle, but it's still one. I find the best way to spot these (without a beta reader) is to let the thing sit for a week, two at max (I understand that this probably wasn't desirable so don't worry) and then read it again. The reasoning for this is that when you write it, the brain doesn't really recognise mistakes. It just sorts of glosses over the errors I guess. By waiting for a time, you get rid of that 'at the time' mood and can spot the errors much more effectively. However, it isn't very bad at all, and there are only minor things in it that I picked up on (which is a lot better than what I usually see) so don't worry too much about it (if at all, lol). I'm going to ask some questions here that I thought of when reading through. Please note that this is intended to help improve your application, and isn't aimed at being detrimental: 1. Something you said in the 'Why do you want to be a moderator?' section caught my eye; 'I want to help the server's community and player-base grow and become better and I believe I can increase improvement by becoming a moderator...' I want to know how you'll do these. Can you explain this? 2. There were a few times in the application where you said 'I think that...' or 'I think I can...'. Be confident in yourself. Applying for moderator is almost like applying for a job in real life, except it's a volunteer position. The staff manager (server owner + mods in this case), won't want to choose someone who doesn't believe they can do the work that they need done. And let's be real, 'I know' or 'I can' is a whole lot better and more impacting than 'I think', isn't it? Okay, aside from those very minor things, this application was very good. I enjoyed reading it a lot and after knowing you for a couple of years now, I like to think I have a reasonable grasp of your character. For instance, when you and Slender (Lost) were arguing on (I believe) SS, you both broke off the fight with pretty much no problems whatsoever. You gained a lot of respect from me then, as you displayed maturity in knowing it was a pointless argument. As a moderator, I think you could definitely do good for the server, and I'm certainly willing to give you that chance. +1

You have a tend to swear when you're mad, you need to learn how to control that. The other day someone got banned or something and you were swearing, you even sweared at me when I warned you. I'll stay nuetral

Prehaps if actually read the application you may know why that happened, and for your information I talked negatively about the server for two weeks due to a very sad moment in my life triggering the hateful side of me. So if you're going to critize my application, at least read it...
Although i may not know you well, you are always in the ts and online way more than the others mods and have lots of knowledge of hacking and catching people breaking rules. +1 from meh

Like @Maxxy said, you tend to swear when you get quite angry or frustrated. As a Moderator, you need to learn to tolerate players and the frustrating things they can do without getting salty, and in some cases, swearing at them. As a Moderator there's many people who will get mad at you, call you bad things, and just do things that are very irritating and annoying. If you're going to apply for this Mod spot, you need to learn to tolerate these kinds of things. Anyways, on to the application. In your application, you have quite a few grammatical errors. You should proof read the application a bit and change anything you feel is wrong or misplaced. That's just about it c: Anyways the application is good, but your in-game self... Not too much. I've seen you on prison quite a few times and I've had to warn you for swearing a couple times. Although swearing isn't a huge rule that you're breaking, we definitely don't advise it and I definitely don't want to see other Mods doing it. Mods are supposed to set a good example for the players, especially for the younger children on the server. I'm supporting this application 100%. I've talked to you ingame and I can really tell you've changed. You're attitude is different and I've seen you helping players. I feel like you'd be great for this spot.

You can change the raw paste-bin data down the bottom of the page. If it opens a new link, just replace the old one with it.

I'd just like to thank you all for the amazing support on my application, there's been a few neutrals due me cussing and using profanity - this was the old me, I'm trying to get a new identity from this Moderator Application as I feel my old one may have been toxic to the server. I'm cutting down on cussing and if there's anything I want out of this applications it's a new face.
