Why do you play minecraft?
I enjoy playing with people from around the world, in one little game despite the graphics and design of it, I love how minecraft is, and the freedom that players have playing it. I've always admired how it was coded and how all the mods worked.
What is your TimeZone?
Denver MDT UTC-6
When are you usually online?
during the week i'll have every day after school, which gives me at least 2 to 3 hours at nights through the week, that's when players tend to get on in my timezone anyways.. during the weekends I can only play when I can. I never have a consistent schedule during the weekends but i'll usually have more time than the weeknights.
How long have you been playing SquadCraft?
Honestly I can never remember exactly how long i've been playing here, I always guess and get it wrong so I know for sure I joined the server for the first time one and a half years ago or more.. when I first joined NoahCraftFTW was the owner and Hayesalmond and surgetheurge were the two admins. since then there's been Admins on factions and surge gained Owner and Yonda came and left.. there's probably nobody that remembers the GravyBabyMaker rank but I played a lot when that was a thing for people
What's your favourite memory on SquadCraft?
During the summer a couple years ago I would play on skywars all hours of the night always trying to work up my points, I didn't chat much back then but I didn't have my own account then either, I would get so mad some nights and so happy others just playing on squadcraft, I made my best memories playing Skywars and SG
Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft?
mostly KitPvP and Skywars nowadays.. i'm a gold on Skywars and Hub and Crafter+ on KitPvP.. i've spent a lot of time on all the servers though.
Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator?
I've met a lot of people on squadcraft, I made good friends with a lot of good people who were always nice enough to make me feel invited to play everyday. there's also been a lot of bad people and people that ruin the fun for anyone first joining or veterans looking for reasons to stay. mods previously have always given a warning and let some people slip by or broken rules themself. there are some kids here there push every limit and break any rule they think they can get away with. I want to keep every rule you've set, I know there aren't a lot, but every rule was put there for a reason, I want to keep the rules in a way people can still get a positive feeling from the server. I feel that I can help people as well as helping myself here.
As a moderator, how will you effect SquadCraft?
I would do what I can with the powers given to me as a Mod and make sure things stay in a pace I know is beneficial to the server. I want to help further and will try any way I can.. and unless you ask me to do things a certain way, i'll figure out how to do it in a way you'll approve.
What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator?
I'll keep doing what i've been doing, that is telling people to follow the rules and teaching them what they are without having the power to do anything if they don't
What kind of skills do you have?
Online I've been Opped on countless servers.. Have run my own Technic and Vanilla server.. studied up on plugins and mods.. I can't be called a Dev but I can keep the peace and have been trained enough from some good parents to know some respect.
Have you ever been banned? If so, Why?
I was banned from KitPvP for an NCP problem.. something glitched and the NCP plugin autobanned me. I made an appeal and was unbanned so that cleared up.. I used to get tempbanned from Sikk_beast a lot but that's another story.
Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, Why?
I've been bored before.. when I had mod here I thought hacking was coders who knew how to get into the coding of minecraft and change whatever they wanted.. so I wanted to learn about coding one time and thought this would be a good test game.. but when I studied up, I just realized it's a lazy non-legit way to ruin a game for everyone else, if everyone hacked it would be the same power against eachother and would just be a mess.. all really unfair and pointless.. so I know what hacking looks like now and want everyone to play fair.
How do you treat younger players?
Usually the same as Older players.. Donors and Non-Donors alike.. everyone deserves fairness
Do you use teamspeak or skype?
I have both
List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server.
I used to look for problems and bypasses/glitches in the server.. I was mod and kept rules.. helped with some of the new servers. I have yet to do more.
How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one?
Is there anything else you would like to say?
2 for Squadcraft 1 was an attempt for being Builder at SG (ignored), and one was a Mod Application here that was accepted. let's not count Irl applications.
Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization? (doesn't have to be minecraft)
I have been Mod here. I worked with ApocGaming for a long time in Tekkit I was Mod and then Senior Mod and then got HeadAdmin on a Vanilla server for them. I've Staffed at a lot of small servers but I think Squadcraft was/is the biggest I've staffed so far.

Well.. I'm Mormon. I work through the Summer.. Will be Senior in a private school. Was only taught respect but I've dealt with some stuff that has slowly brought me down some..

No offense but there isn't really much that is valuable/original in this app.

That's the problem.

You answered them and that's all you're trying to do atm. I don't see this app as very different to any others of small-medium size that have been denied

 

Well most the people that use the same original format and do the same stuff to get denied just don't have the same experience

 

I'm talking about the writing here. But if you want to keep it how it is, go ahead. I'm not the one who wants mod

 

Well thanks for the tip, I guess pulling out the long history and just answering "how long have I been here" would be less to read but then it would really be like everyone else's, not all people have the same history

 

If you have a history that would affect your ability as mod, then yeah sure write a lot about it.

But imho much of yours (once again no offense) is not really relevant to being a mod so I don't think the paragraph was even needed

Before August 2012 it was just factions and SG, after August it was factions and SG again, later came kitpvp and skywars.
I've never seen you in either.

and me? @PukingRainbowz mods don't get extra kits last I checked.. and didn't get them when I was mod before. I never wanted mod for access to premium items free of pay
