SkyBlock Donation ranks/perks overhaul

Basilbac and I have been working together for a while to compile new kits/permissions for ranks based on other skyblock servers and community feedback.<As per surges request> All the work is done and just needs copied and pasted in. The following link contains all the information for buycraft rank information, essentials config, and pex commands to add the new kits and permissions to skyblock.

For Surge, the only thing you need to do for the permissions is type in the individual commands<in the game or on the console> in the column list "PEX Commands to add" The kits will have to be added or pasted into essentials config manually. I've set aside a complete list of the kits so all you have to do is copy it and paste it one time. If you'd rather see the individual ranks yourself they are contained in the other "kit" columns. I've also included every command for PEX that needs to be added to give the ranks what they need. Also, if you would like to know why I've added the speed bypass to VIP, it's because when you fly around you get thrown back non-stop because of poor connection or lag, disabling that for players with fly will vastly improve the flying ability.
