Factions - small fixes

Had a bit of spare time today, so I fixed a few problems on factions:
• Warzone was fixed... again. If you see anyone greifing any part of the factions spawn/warzone make sure to screen shot or record them doing it. They will be punished.
• Creeper eggs and TNT eggs were added back in. 10k for a creeper egg and 100k for a TNT egg.

A skyblock pvp arena is being built, and is almost 100% done. This won't change the dynamics of the game, although kits will become much more useful.

Actually, in all legitimacy, Sparrow for Admin. He should seriously get it. He's put in tons and tons of work for the server, and has done quite a lot of work for each and every order. So, thank you so much for your efforts on skyblock, and #Sparrow4Admin
