The total amount was for 2,600. Ouch.

I still don't understand why I have to take the blame for something I can't control. Anybody can buy anyone a rank just to charge them back. In my opinion I say that anybody who was charged back gets to remain their old ranks, (like I was a MVP) and just continue to play. Others should not be punished for something they didn't have control of. I payed the money to get my $200 rank, and don't think it's fair for some guy to come and screw me over and I get the punishment. You can completely delete everything on my account ingame, but all I ask is to keep my rank and start fresh if I have too.

I did not pay for the rank I was purchased, which I completely understand. All I ask is to remain the rank I payed for which is my MVP rank.

I was a MVP, and was upgraded. I'm not sure to what rank, because I was not around at the time.

If that's the case, post something in the Donation Issues sub-forum. If you still have your proof of purchase, make sure to put it in there and follow the format.

 

Well that's not the problem as of this moment, I am banned on the server, so I have put up a ban appeal. As of now I'm just trying to explain my reasoning to the community. Like I said before, all I ask is to be unbanned, and continue to have my MVP rank that was purchased with my money. You guys can completely remove everything in my acc in-game, and I ll start fresh if that's what it takes. All I'm trying to do is explain and try to make things right. Thanks for your effort for trying to figure things out smeags. I appreciate it.

 

You should be fine. This kind of stuff has happened before and the people banned were unbanned, and I don't think there was any wiping of in game stuff. Don't give up.

it's one guy that went on a shopping sphree with a stolen credit card. oddly enough that same individual spent 15 dollars of his own paypal balance and is trying to dispute that money as well.
Well luckily payments made via paypal balance i can actually talk to paypal and keep. So ty for 15 bucks.... but why is he trying to get back his own 15 bucks when he spent 2,600 off a stolen credit card? Shouldn't paypal have banned him? Something is fishy.

The point is, one guy spent 2,600 in 12 payments, got some stuff for other players with it. About 1000 was for other players. This is why people should stop begging rich players for purchases. Most people that spent a ton of money really fast are scammers and they will chargeback and if they got something for you, you will be automatically banned. Most of people who do get auto banned from someone else buying them stuff run to me and act like they are entitled for a free unban. If your friend payed for you to rent a jet-ski, and the bill was 1000 dollars, and you've been riding that jet-ski for 3 months, and your friend charges back, do you think the jet-ski company will just let you walk away free of charge? No, they are going to sell you off to collections and you will get harassed by strangers until you pay your dept, sometimes for the rest of your life. So why do dozens of players ride my jet-skies for free for half a year, and then run to me and rudely and spoiled me ask me for an unban acting like it's the servers and my fault they are banned.

Stop asking people to buy you ranks, you can get banned when they chargeback.

 

I understand your point, but what doesn't make sense is I said I did not need the rank. I left for a few weeks, come back and get scammed. I never logged on once after I was purchased a rank. So basically I denied his jet ski, and I go to jail for it. It's kind of like somebody doing a robbery, and you were a suspect. You get framed and thrown in jail. How is it fair? That's what I don't get. Thanks for responding though, makes me fell better

Like I understand your point Surge, and it makes sense. But if you think of it, on the server some rich kid can log on on day and somebody raids his base. He finds out who, buys them God and charges them back. Then the other kid is banned. It doesn't make sense. The kid could not stop him from buying it, just like I couldn't stop Bajan. There's nothing we could do, and we're getting punished. And also, I'm not blaming you either surge, you could not stop him either. I am not in anyway blaming you. I'm simply just trying to make things clear to get things figured out. Thank you for taking the time to respond Surge, and please consider the situiation.

I never asked for the rank in the first place... I jump on kill Bajan the same day, when he didn't have the "God Rank", and i get off to watch football, i jump back on , and see he has the rank, then he says im getting it, without my consent. So i think its a lot of bull for someone to buy me a rank, that i didn't ask for. No one knew who he was until he got the rank. Then He scammed people in game for stuff. Then He gets other people stuff. Then Only a few months later, He gets banned, and Also the people who he got ranks for gets banned for apparent reason. Like i said, "I didn't ask for the rank." You can go ahead and ask people to see if you believe me. And if i do get banned, I did Have bedrock on the server before the God rank, and would like that back if not, I would like a rank that involves me to get fly...

 

Exactly, we cannot control others actions. I told him that I did not need the rank, but I was purchased it to get me banned. Like I said its not fair. It's like your in a bank one day and a robbery happens. You did not do the crime but was charged and sent to jail. It's similar to this, we get pinished for bajans actions. Not fair.
