Another improvement to this would probably to give Moderators more permissions than they have right now, which would be /ban. I was always wondering what happened to helpers. So mods can have kick and ban but that ban will only be for a limited time rather than any sort of ban. The limited time could be up to 30m and for helper the limited time can be up 15, and the helpers move up to mod. To this they would have to show they're worthy.
The idea for mods to have temp-ban again was brought up in some thread, but people said they could easily abuse it, which I agree with. I think kicking is fine for mods, and if it what a player has done something that's bad enough to get a temp-ban, the mod should probably contact surge or something like that

The server does have that odd moderator the comes on E.g. Soulfullness comes on a lot, Fruity usually, bek now and then but rarely. If you get what i'm saying. The server does need atleast some mods that come on alot

The reason why I wasn't active for about 1 month is because my PC broke, but now I'm active and can improve and help the server out with anything and I've been on the server for like 2 / 2 and a half years so I know quite a lot aswell. So I could maybe be a Mod.

squadcraft does need more staff and better staff. like seriously probably 95% of servers are better staff wise and even have more staff even including the very small servers
