Help with teams

Recently I have created a tactic for dealing with teaming players I go to a area not to far from where the fighting is going on and pick off any wanderers however I have noticed that players are catching on so I go to an elevated surface but that has its own problems any nearby team will notice a me with a questionoble k/d ratio then the entire squad finds me and kills me then I have to go with the old fashioned tactic of running in and hoping for the best any advice?

Here's a tip try and make friends with some of them
Im in a team with people but some don't know me but some do an those that do are friends which is why I fit in
sometimes it never worked but its easier off now

Welp, when I first joined it was, for me, "If you can't beat them, well crap, have fun with -10kdr"
