Two things A) Even if this was a real DOX/DOS attack, which it isn't, it didn't deal anywhere near 20k worth of damage so the police won't care. B) This isn't a real DOS/DOX, he simply sent a few packets to the website that holds the server.. That's LESS then what would normally be sent / received via visiting this website itself. Nothing would come of this, no law was broken.
