Scamming is allowed unless it involves irl scamming. This mod app will probably be denied since you probably want mod for your selfish needs, for example being annoyed after getting scammed and than you jail or kick or ban them.
I agree jerry2kewl he says he was nice and he decided to fuck me over for 1day. Then the next he trys to be my friends again. His emotions are constantly changing and this is not a good thing if he is in a bad mood.
