It has come to my attention that the fellow we call Bear53 has been abusing his perms, which is very uncanny and unprofessional. Now I'm sure we have a list of his wrong doings and have accumulated quite the lot, though he is a developer which makes the matter worse. If you are not aware of some of the things he has done, he has abused locking threads and deleting comments. I am very certain he has done more, most definitely he will try to lock this thread. Why must a developer require those permissions to lock and delete comments? We have moderators here, I am well aware that they are capable to do so without abusing it like he has been doing. Abusing his permissions not long after he has obtained his position is very low of him, and I ponder on why he still has them. His choice of words are often brusque as well might I add, and I have no doubt believe that he will not be a bona fide member of this server. Who am I to make this thread, you may ask. Well I have heard from quite enough people that he is not a prestigious person, his competency may be questioned. I know I'm not the only one to speak out, must we wait until something horrible happens to solve the issue? I do not have a problem with his position as a developer, he may be quite astonishing. Though abusing permissions is not unerring, is he being punished for his wrong doings? I might find it safe to say he isn't being disciplined, I do hope that this issue will have it's suspension. It is possible I was asked to make this thread, though I believe I have gotten the point across. Now, what are we going to do to solve this issue. Shall we leave it alone or find the correct way to cope with the problem, suggested solutions may include: Suspension Warning points exclude unnecessary permissions for the developer position talking to etc That's all, thanks.
Finally a mature thread not made by one of the one sided staff members. No threads have been locked since talking with specific people and I personally believe that this problem is solved. I'm not going to lock this but there is nothing more to say. Thanks again for being mature in this thread
