I mean tbh the server has been dead since late 2014, I doubt there's any way we could ever revive it.
I would definately come back and play, im sure alot of others would, a gofundme should be made to go towards good advertising and a dev. looked at all of my old threads, so many memories, could definately revive the server if enough effort was put into it
Agreed, this is pretty much what I've been saying for what seems like ages now. I play on a server atm that went through a phase where people would class it "dead", one relaunch later and there's people playing on it again, therefore proving that an online server can't be completely dead until it's shut down for good. I got a bunch of other games to binge on right now, but if all the outstanding issues on the server were fixed and there were more gamemodes that actually appealed to me; and the general "dead server" attitude is sorted for good, then I'd consider playing again. It's us players (staff included), past and present, who are responsible for Squadcraft ending up in it's current state and it's us who are responsible for its future. It's too easy to point fingers and point the blame on other people.
We could all chime in with something since most of us prolly have jobs now and shit, but I honestly don’t think surge would do anything to help even with the help, pretty sure the dude has trust issues last time I checked but I’m not sure anymore now
Don't worry fam. I think we can just hire people to watch people to watch people to watch people to watch people. If something bad happens everyone gets fired lol!
Oh no that would be a terrible chain reaction LMAO Have you thought of a trial mod system before? Cause we can have those peepz being watched more to make sure they’re serious and that they don’t want to abuse their power, while the Admins basically watch over mods for their job and anyone else, etc, unless that’s basically what you’re trying to do then I’m dumb
