Conman your banned as well because I asked you to stop you did. Then you kept going. You kept suggesting I become a better mod saying I should learn what jello eats as a start. And then you made racist comments. To someone who you know to be Asian and who isn't your friend. And you also participated in all three of you bombarding me with accusations to be a better mod annoying me constantly about it and never stopping until I muted you. And them you started the mailing. And you all say I say staff disrespect to everything. I don't say it to everything. I say it to what it applies. And lately, that's all I've been getting from you three. You all say I'm the reason why it's not getting more players you all say "I have rights" which you do but when you violate someone else's, that's crossing a line. Patrick, racism is not a banable offense, that's a forum rule, not an in game rule, as well as I was never jailed, straight up banned for 4 days, I've also never once said "I have my rights" so you cannot quote me saying that. Also I never suggested anything to do with your mod abilities. I never told you how to do your job, as I said after those screenshots. The reason that we don't like that more people who are associated with Jello are becoming Mod, is that because Jello hates us, we're always the ones to be banned for stuff that isn't true, you say you caught Pingu hacking in your base, when he'd never hack, considering he has a $100 rank that he does not want to lose. Another time was the amount of time Extremedude999 was banned because he was telling you about how you weren't doing the best job at being a Mod was about 6 times. And that's just some basic stuff. So I'm just saying, I don't know why you're banning us for something that's not banable. Spam is not banable, especially not for 4 days. So I understand that you're done with us talking about how you aren't exactly the best Mod, so of course we will all do our time banned, but in the future, I think you should do some background checks before banning someone. There's no way Pingu had enough improbs if he were hacking just then, and Extremedude shouldn't have been banned when the punishment was mute. So just think about that Patrick, it may help you in the future.
In the case of Extreme he was muted. He kept going that's why he was tempbanned before. And for you and your comment, racism shouldn't be allowed. I made a decision on that. I never ban for no reason. I've never banned for no reason, I've had a reason behind every ban I've done. You, I've had to ban multiple times for continusly arguing and disrespecting me. I've muted you when this happens, and you mostly stop then. But then you go on with /r because you know I can see it and you call me a sht mod how I should be demoted how I abuse every chance I get how I ban people for personal gain, which I've never done. This is when I got feed up with all of you. You always have to argue your side never giving in, never dropping it. You bring up bans/mutes that I've done in the past and you argue about that. The one time that I had enough before and went to kitpvp you followed me there and you can see in the screenshot how immature you and Pingu were being, how you have to follow and annoy a staff member. But lately all you've ever done is start an argument. Everytime you see me log in the first thing I see you say is "Ew" and I then ask if you have a problem and you say yes, it's with you being a sht mod. Your banned on mcmmo as it was an mcmmo staff you followed. And there was no need for a jail as the increment was to large so you were banned. Yes Patrick i was online when they were harassing you and I saw what they were saying and they wouldn't stop. Patrick is a great mod and he does nothing wrong. There needs to be a server rule players cant harass mods I know if i was a mod I would get pissed if players acted like that towards me.
Yes I don't know him to well ig but on the forums I can tell he is a great mod and would never ban without areason.
I thank you bear because honestly I'm surprised myself I didn't lose it with them at the time and just ban them for good.. But thankfully I didn't. And Will hopefully we could meet somtime in the future

i accepted my ban. i went on factions to talk to patrick and i apologised for my actions and he respectfully accepted it. i understand what i did wronfg and accept the ban. that is all
