I need help

So yesterday I was tryed to get on tatters and jonnys server. And I couldnt get on and on my minecraft screen says Java.net.connectexception: connection refused: no more further information. I tryed to redownloading my minecraft. I tryed to restart my computer and internet. But it doesnt work. I searched this problem on google. But it was useless. Other people can join the server but me. I can join other servers. (like squadcraft.) Can any of you help me about this problem?

Happens to me sometimes. Disconnect and reconnect your computer from the internet.

Try pressing refresh on the bottom right of the server list screen.
