Looks good, it could use a little more colour and texture on the face tho. He looks too pale Maybe add cheeks and freckles

I don't care don't apologize, me and EA and everyone else tag surge a lot in hack/ddos and other threads his notifications must be quite large. So surge being kind of let's say laid back he gets tired an bored of looking through the forums which is understandable, so if its not absolutely necessary I don't suggest tagging him.
