The offence for ddos threat is an IP Ban, that skype could have been easily faked

Why would he get banned for this? He made a DDoS threat on skype, with nothing to do with the server. Its not logical that what someone does outside the server and its forums should lead to consequences inside the server.

Besides even if he gets banned from the server its not like he can't still DDoS you xD

 

But,he is still a player threatening another player,over Skype,it does has something to do with the server,but he can still ddos you

I would have thought that something directly involving the server would lead to a server punishment, not if the DDoSer and the victim only met on the server.

 

Paul is ddosing him because of something that happened on the server.
