Any extra things you want to add: He pretty much talks crap about my application saying " You're just being mature in your application and continues to give me crap about "never being on" and other players giving me crap about it too. They should make it so just staff members can see applications, too much problems.

That's not abuse, it's his thoughts on your application and what he thinks would make you a good/bad moderator.

Not abuse
When you post something like a mod application, you really gotta expect the heat. It will not always just be flattering comments and positive stuff, because life doesn't work like that haha. Jonny is simply stating his opinion and does not think you should be moderator for his reasons he listed, how is it abuse?
Now, putting myself in your shoes, I can see why you're upset to see negative feedback, it's just you have to work through it.

Jonny was right.

You were insulting people in the comments of your mod app. If you were mature you would have dealt with it differently instead of throwing out insults because somebody did not say a positive comment on your application. He abused his powers in no way shape or form. You are just butthurt because your application got denied.
