Not sure if that's hacks or not but I wonder how they put their head like that.

 

This is called the derp hack

 

Incorrect, the derp/retard "hack" moves the players head (and sometimes their arms) in different direction giving the illusion of the players head "derping". The hack I believe this player is using is called headless, the name says it all it gives the illusion of the players head being gone, when really the head is down in the players body.

I believe the client 'Kilo' is the only 1.8 client with this hack.

 

That's a creepy name well, to me

 

I use the 'KiloAir' client because it doesn't have any "hacks" and allows me to play SoundCloud through MC eliminating me having to have my browser open (which lags me).
